1-room apartment in the basement of a beautiful detached house. Private entrance, private bathroom. Centrally located, but very quiet! Just a few steps to U-Bahn [subway] line 6. In 8 minutes you are in the city (Kröpke/train station). 15 minutes to Messe Ost. TiHo and MHH are also easily accessible. Approx. 2-minute walk to the IHK :) Good bakery and supermarket around the corner. Ceiling height 2.05 m. Total of about 25 square meters (with hallway and bathroom). The living room and bedroom with bluish sea colours has two single beds (90x200), a 58" 4k smart TV with Netflix + Amazon Prime access, a wardrobe and a work table with chair. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The beds can be pushed together to form a double bed.

Welcome to my small attic apartment on the 2nd floor. You sleep in a cozy box-spring bed and cater to yourself in perfectly equipped kitchen. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The shower is available for shared use at any time and is located directly opposite the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. Shopping and line 6, which takes you directly to the city center, are a 10-minute walk away.
