Dear future guests, Welcome to our stunning duplex apartment! Please note that this was previously our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my liking (first-floor flat). A stone's throw from the start of the Loire by bike, 10 minutes from Nevers and 20 minutes from the Magny-Cours circuit. Characterful accommodation with large bright rooms with the charm of the old, exposed beams and stones. A living room with a very nice area: kitchen open to living room and dining room. Two large bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Located in La Charité-sur-Loire, a listed historic town, a few steps from shops and the famous 12th century priory, it is the ideal place for an authentic and rejuvenating stay.

This country house located in a cul-de-sac, with garden and fully enclosed parking will offer you a relaxing stay for the whole family, outdoors you can enjoy the terrace and gas barbecue, play ping pong, archery, or of course enjoy the jacuzzi and its relaxation area. Guests can enjoy the air-conditioned games room by playing pool, foosball, darts and for sports enthusiasts a weight bench and punching bag.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
