The apartment is in a large American vine house in the center of the town of Borgo San Lorenzo. The house consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Outside there is a courtyard of gray stones and an organic garden full of vegetables grown with love and ancient flowers from other times. The accommodation is for two people, single or as a couple, but there is also the possibility to add a cot if there is a child present. The Mugello Valley has small treasures of rare beauty: the medieval village of Scarperia, the Romanesque parishes of Borgo S. Lorenzo, Sant'Agata and the small town of San Giovanni, the home of the painter Giotto in Vicchio. Green walks on the trails of the woods in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, the succulent tortello mumble with potatoes, Bilancino Lake near Barberino del Mugello. History, nature and, if you are passionate about motorcycles, there is also the Mugello International Racetrack. It’s on the 𝟱th and 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 of a small building (elevator to the 4th floor + one flight of stairs) in a quiet residential area. For me, it’s a calm corner with a view of the hills and the rooftops. We renovated it recently, keeping the warmth of a real home, hoping you’ll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window are a small extra touch — something I hope will stay with you. ---
