Ideally located near the unmissable sites of the region (Sarlat, Gouffre de Padirac, Collonges-la-Rouge,...), hilltop medieval castles and villages, top-notch restaurants and all kinds of activities (canoeing, swimming in the river, hiking, biking, rock-climbing, pot-holing....).

Typical Lotoise house in a charming little village. Located close to major tourist sites such as Rocamadour, Padirac, Collonge la rouge. Swimming place in the Dordogne 3 km facing the cliffs. Hiking trail (Saint Jacques) 100 m away. Numerous activities to do nearby such as canoeing, mountain biking, paragliding ... House with living room of 42 m² ( LV, mini oven, LL, TV), shower room 6 m²(Italian shower, toilet) floor 2 bedrooms with closets. Parking on private grounds.

Ideally located 10 km from Rocamadour, 11 km from the Padirac Cave, come and discover the Lot; Taste local products, canoe on the Dordogne and of course visit the many tourist and archaeological sites that the region offers. In the summer, enjoy the pool to relax. The swimming pool, located on the owner's terrace side, is equipped with an alarm for the safety of young people.

Situated high up on the cliffs of the medieval village in the ancient Rue de La Mercerie, it housed merchants selling their wares to pilgrims visiting the holy shrine in the sanctuary of Rocamadour. In the last century it was a school house before being restored under private ownership.
