This hotel was perfectly as described. It is a bit near the end of the Patong beach but still close enough to walk to all the great food and shopping. It is directly across the small street from the beach that has swimming areas and long boat tours available. There is coffee, water and mini refrigerator in the room. They provide shampoo and shower gel as well as towels for the pool or beach. Staff speaks English. We highly recommend this place.

Loved this stay we booked it for 2 nights but ended up staying for 4! All the rooms are beautiful and super clean. One of the few places that has a rooftop pool right I front of the water! Good location, was just a little far from the main area but nothing more than a 15 min walk. Would stay again, highly recommend.

Great hotel...in an amazing location. The staff there are also very friendly. Beach is literally across the street, currency exchange, 7 Eleven, great food options, all steps away. And the food at the restaurant downstairs is even delicious. Would recommend to everyone I know!

Great location right in the mix of things if you don’t mind a bit of noise from the streets. We didn’t find it to be overly disturbing. Room service food delivery was super fast! Cute little rooftop pool. Loved the big tub in our room with a view of the beach/sea.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Deck. It is the nicest and cleanest place we stayed at in Thailand. I would stay here again if I come back to Patong beach.

Lofty is a great place to stay. You are in the city but you do not hear anything once you back in your room. The pool on the top is fabulous with a stunning view.

Very good, there are two small problems, the first one is that the landlord does not speak Chinese, but the problem is not big, and can still communicate. The second one is that the swimming pool elevator on the top floor can't go up, only climb the stairs. It is always a very happy trip. The accommodations are all available, and the pots and pans are all available. We also made our own Meal, very close to the beach, just 5 minutes walk. Recommended

Check in is relatively smooth, the environment is not bad, the swimming pool on the top floor is relatively small, because the trip is full and there is no swimming, the room is clean, there is a small balcony. The location of the B&B is quite good. It is also very convenient to buy 711 nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Patong Beach and Jiangxi Cold.

I always book Airbnb Appartement, when i travel. I must confirm that staying and communicating at Loftys Place was one of my best experiences. The Appartement are very well equipped and look amazing. The location ist great. It's perfect for couples. Not far away from the beach and from the loud party area, so you can have a quiet neighborhood which is very near to the center. I strongly recommend these Apartments. The best thing about booking a Lofty Appartement was the communication with the staff. I have never experienced a better communication. The are 24/7 available for any questions or calls. They are very kind and will try the best to help at any time. I used their service to book to trips (James Bond, Hyperboat). The James Island Trip was great. We had a problem getting back to the hotel, cause we had to wait to other group, so we had to wait abt 50 minuets. But it's wasnt Loftys fault so it's not a minus point for them. The second service was the Hype Luxury Party Boat. Well I don't recommend it to anyone who really want a luxury party boat, because it's NOT LUXURY at all. Especially if u are a couple and want chill out lounge music with chilling atmosphere, because it's really not. the promise chilling nice atmosphere at the boat and good snorkeling areas. Due to the bad weather we had to change the route to another snorkeling area. I was asked to sign, if I agree l. Before signing I asked the staff twice, if it's a good snorkeling area(the alternative one) and the staff confirmed twice. 20 min later I asked another person of the staff and he told me that its not a good snorkeling area. It felt like weird so I didn't sign. The second staff member was right. It was the worst snorkeling place. We were allowed to stay 50 min at the new area, then we had to go back. On their website they promised 1.5 h of good snorkeling. They claim on their website (Hypewebsite Not Lofty) that they serve alcoholic beverages. We found out on the boat, that they don't serve alcoholic drinks because of Buddha day. I asked them why didn't they update ist a day before and why didn't they cancel the trip, if the weather was going to be bad. Their answer was more ridiculous than their service. They didn't cancel it because most people have fun, even if the weather was bad and they only knew very late that today is budda day so they didnt tell anyone or sent any messages or mails. That's was the boss answer on the boat. The official website answer (Lofty was very kind and sent them my complain) was that it's very rare that customers order alcoholic drinks on their boat, that's why they didn't need to tell anyone about budda day. The whole experience was really bad. Not to mention the drunk group who bought Illegaly alcoholic drinks on the island before leaving and were served with empty ice buckets to drink alcohol. They were served even from the boss. So to conclude every thing.. Thanks to Lofty the company refunded me for this horrible experience. To conclude everything: 1. I totally recommend Loftys services and Appartement. 2. Best communication ever. 3. DON'T BOOK THE HYPE BOAT. IT'S A SILLY 'WANA BE' LUXURY BOAT.

Great can’t go wrong with a cheap hotel

Thank you for the great location and room loved it. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. I bought chlorine so I could enjoy a bath. I didn’t like the fact that I had agreed with one of the staff members for check out at 18:00 and today I meet another lady at reception telling me oh no check out at 18:00 means I have to pay the night rate I didn’t like that at all. Once an agreement is made it should be stuck to. On a positive note Nat at reception has been GREAT! He made us feel so welcome including the door men! Wonderful! Overall we enjoyed our stay 😊🌺

Place is roomy . Can be a bit noisy with all the bars and bands near by, but after first night , you get use to it.

Our stay in Phuket and this hotel was amazing. The room was in great location, we didn’t mind the noise during the night. The room was clean and we could used the pill and the billiard on the rooftop!

We were on the 8th floor. Best floor to be at. Why? Well, it was as far away from partying noise from the street and close to pool , gym and bar. :)

For the first time riding an electric bicycle, although some mountain roads are a bit difficult to walk, the leader will help you get on and off. The locations are very quiet and beautiful, the leader will explain the local history, it is a very rare experience!

Great accommodation with great location. The distance from the sea is only a few minutes easy walk, and Bangka road is relatively close, some 10-15min walk. All recommendations for this accommodation.

Today's experience is VIP level, one-on-one service, although I am the only one, still lead the team, thank Xiaochai teacher. The actual itinerary is very consistent with the description. There are easy and challenging challenges, leisure and culture, and the itinerary design takes into account the duality of non-professional riders and travellers. Really recommend the experience!

What you see is what you get amazing view of Patong. Place is neat perfect size , roof top pool just makes everything so much better with best night view . The housing is excellent, we liked it, very comfortable, beautiful, nice, that there is a division into two rooms. The hosts promptly answer questions. On-site cool pool. The condo is located high enough, so if you are not ready to climb the stairs up the hill, it is better to look at another option. This was not a problem for us. From the balcony a great view, 7 minutes walk to the sea, the beach in this place is clean enough, it's nice to spend time there. Nearby there is everything you need, eat, massage, shops, taxis. The house has everything you need for everyday life, up to powder for a washing machine, did not have to buy. At first, it was unusual, there are frogs living near the house who make quite loud noises, so after the rain we heard a whole brass band. But you get used to it in a couple of three days. Then it doesn’t interfere. But who is sleeping lightly, look at another option. I can recommend this accommodation, we liked everything, were satisfied with our choice!

This room belongs to the hotel and the price is still high, but Airbnb customers also need to pay a 1,000 baht deposit. Location is good, there is a 711 next to it. The room was also clean and the house was cleaned every day. Talking about the problem, I told the landlord in advance that I wanted a quieter room. The landlord was very good, and we remarked that the room was on the 7th floor, but it was still very noisy. The glass is really not soundproof. Fortunately, I brought earplugs, otherwise I really can't sleep. If you sleep well, you can book! There is also a problem. The next day, the auntie did not close the toilet door after cleaning the room, and she returned to the room with a smell of sewer.

Great hotel to stay at -- 10 minute walk to the beach, 10-15 minute walk to Patong Beach (area with a bunch of bars), easy spot to get taxis, wonderful help from the people working the front desk, and an awesome infinity pool on the roof! I stayed at three different Airbnbs during my time in Thailand and this was the easiest to navigate. The people who worked there spoke the best English of all the hosts as well. Special thanks to Wan! My friend lost his passport on the flight to Phuket and she seriously went above and beyond to help us. I would probably still be stuck in Thailand right now if it wasn't for her.

The store looks small, but the inside is large. It was clean, and there was a swimming pool on the top of the building. The only disadvantage is that the location is noisy on the side of the road.

Wonderful clean and stylish apartment. Everything is spotlessly new and clean. Indeed, there is everything you need (from iron and slippers to a beach bag and tooth sets). If you are demanding for accommodation, then this is the option for you. Great view from the balcony. They are also very well located, close to the main street (5 minutes walk and 15 minutes to the bangla). The climb, about which they write, is not critical, it’s probably how to climb the 3rd floor by stairs. In general, if you have high housing requirements, then you will like this option.

This place is even more beautiful then the pictures. It’s one of the nicer places we’ve ever stayed in. The deck and the rooftop infinity pool are gorgeous. It’s decorated beautifully. She was so thorough when creating this air bnb. She made a book of things to do, where to eat, story of herself, etc. As well as a cook book with good recipes book marked. It was a nice touch. And yes, everyone’s mentioned the stairs/hill. It is very steep and a good workout. My boyfriend counted, it’s something like 150 steps. If you’re out of shape, older, or knee/ankle problems it’s not the place for you. We enjoyed it. We eat super healthy at home so it’s nice to hike off a little of the carbs we’re eating out here. One other tiny note, the bed is def more on the firm side. Normally I’d dock a point for that but it seems to be a theme here in Southeast Asia. I’m beginning to think they just like firm beds. Shower was great, plenty of hot water. (Those are the two things i look for, bed and shower heat, so i like to throw that in there). Walk ability is great, we walked everywhere. The only time we got a tuk tuk was to the patong boxing stadium and that was because we were short on time. We might have walked if we had more time. Overall it was fantastic and I’d stay here every time i come back.

Best apartment I have ever experienced! Kornnata was very considerate and helpful, the apartment was stylish decorated, with lots of cute Christmas elements, and had everything we need. The view on the rooftop was super good, we enjoyed the time in the swimming pool. It was super convenient, with a family mart and motorbike rentals nearby, just a few minutes walking to patong beach. Our stay at the apartment was memorable. The rooms were beautiful and the rooftop swimming pool and the balcony with direct view of the sea were picturesque. When searching for a homestay, I found it at a glance. When we chose A201, after checking in from the lobby, I found that the room was behind the front desk. If you have large luggage and bring children's flowers, don't be too convenient, save I took the stairs. Entering the room, except that there is a beam in the living room that is relatively short, and you need to lower your head to pass. I don't think this is a problem, because most of the time you will stay in the bedroom or balcony to see the sea, especially the balcony. It ’s me. At one time, the local driving speed in Phuket is too fast, and at night Patong has traffic police to check the post. It is said that there is a fine of 1,000 baht if there is no certificate. The room is cleaned every day, which is not available in other homestays. In addition, I would like to give a compliment to a Northeast uncle butler at the door, and take the initiative to help carry luggage when I come. The people are great, they have to answer questions, and they will give some reasonable suggestions. When traveling, I highly recommend this homestay!

Very nice lying on the bed and opened the curtains to see the sea. The living room is almost double the size of the bedroom. The size of the room is also very clean. It also helped to make an appointment to pick up and has a good location. There are several good restaurants nearby.

The amazing floor to ceiling windows made the morning and evening views from bed absolutely gorgeous. We also opted for the floating breakfast in the infinity pool which was a lot of fun. This was a cool little place and we really enjoyed our stay. As they warned in the description. The ceiling are lower. So if you’re a bit taller like myself (6 feet tall), you’ll have to crouch a little bit in areas

I went to Phuket with my mother for the first time and chose this very cost-effective homestay. I was stunned when I entered the room! so big! I feel this price is great! There is a separate living room and room. There are two rocking chairs on the balcony facing the sea. It is particularly comfortable to lie on the chair with my mother in the evening sunset. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, there is another 711 opposite, and shopping is very convenient. The boss is Chinese and communication is barrier-free. Mom said this trip to Thailand, the most satisfied is this house, but also complained that I did not book a few more nights hahaha, in short, it is a good experience, if you have the opportunity to go to Phuket, will stay in your home Hehe hey

Great place! The kitchen was one of the most equipped I have ever had in an Airbnb - huge plus for me. The flat has everything you need, and is not far from town. It's about an 10 minute walk to get to shops and restaurants - but really not bad. I recommend the alley shortcut so you can avoid the small hills going into town. The bathroom was really nice, especially the shower.

This place was heaven in Patong. It was amazing in the pictures but truly beautiful in person. The location was central enough to get around everywhere in patong yet closed off from the world of busy roads. Our host were wonderful and extremely helpful from our accommodation, airport pick-up and accommodation transfer. To top it off the staff downstairs were incredibly helpful with our activities and all our inquires about everything and anything. Thank you so much for having us!

We had an amazing stay, loved the place and were super happy with all the amenities. The beach, Bangla street and the market is not very far however it would be great if one decides to rent a bike to get to these places quickly. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone who's looking forward to a home away from home experience in phuket.

The apartments are super. have everything you need. the complex is modern, there is a swimming pool. the hosts are very nice people, always ready to help with any question. Of the minuses, this is a very noisy air conditioner, which is located on the street, in the bedroom itself is also noisy, which is tolerable. The location is average, with a super bike! on foot, have to walk. 900m to the beach, 2km to the city center! in general, satisfied !!

A lovely apartment with all of the necessities for a short break in Phuket. The kitchen is well equipped and the space is perfect for relaxing between discovery the sights of Phuket. The apartment block has a great pool and gym which we made daily use of. I would suggest hiring a scooter as the apartment is a little bit out of town but it is a nice escape from the madness of Patong. The hosts reply to messages promptly and were very helpful.

This Airbnb was such a great deal. Easy check in and the owners communicated with me from start to finish. We had fast response every single time. It is a bit far from all of the attraction but we had a motorbike so it was easy for us to get around. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and spacious room. Very well located of you have your own motorbike. It's located on a quiet hill in too touristic Patong. Great service of the renter with the airport transfer service and I had an extra service of staying 11 hours longer (very late checkout) in the apartment without an additional fee.

Such a quiet and nice condominium. Had a pleasant stay for over 2 weeks and even got a free cleaning which was very nice. A bit far from the beach/Bangla Road but there was no problem getting a taxi/tuktuk either way. Over all would really recommend this to anyone visiting Phuket.

If you plan to rent a car, this apartment is a great option, it is located next to the jungle, so it’s cool in the apartment, they did not use air conditioning.

Joey’s place was super cosy and stylish and I absolutely loved the place. My personal favourite thing about this condo was the infinity pool at the top of the building as you can watch the entire sunset from there. Location wise, the condo was close to a lot of bars and restaurants, and a short 10-20min walk to the beach and busier/more popular parts of Phuket. Everything was available in the apartment but the only hiccup that was more a building issue was that one out of two public washing machines were broken, so it was hard to find a time when the washing machine was free (but there are plenty laundromats outside). None the less, Joey herself was the most responsive host ever, replying to me instantaneously to any issues or questions I had. Would stay here again :)

The scenery is pretty good. English is not good, it is not recommended to stay, it is difficult to communicate without Chinese service. The location is ok, the beach is downstairs, not far from Patong Night Market, 5-10 minutes walk.

Our stay at Emerald Terrace Resort was nothing short of perfect; the place was clean and tidy and had everything you may require within the apartment space. The location was ideal with it only being twenty minutes walk to the beach. The hosts were always quick with responses and were extremely happy to help when the WiFi went down, and organised for this to be fixed for us. The kitchen was a welcome addition to the place, and something we used frequently during our stay. We would definitely recommend this to other couples and families! Great location with the comforts of home. Everything you would need is right at your fingertips. Onsite restaurant, gym, pool. But if you plan on being on the beach everyday, this might be a little far off. But other than that it’s a great location for quick access to everything by car or moped. Also taxi services are available. The location can be a little difficult to find, so make sure to look up for the tallest building in the area.

Immediately across the street from the ocean and near all the excitement. Staff were very kind and helpful. Very clean, attractive, modern, with hot water, air conditioning, and small fridge. Great location, away from most of the noise, however, a bit busy during the day because of the cruise ships. Beside that, a helpful staff, clean rooms and across the street from the beach. How can you beat that! I highly recommend.

Room came with nice shampoo, conditioner, free bottled water, coffee and tea along with many other paid options from the mini bar. They also offer in room massages for very cheap. Loved it!

For us, everything is ok, the price is reasonable. The equipment in the room has everything. You just bring clothes and conditioner. That's all. The rest you chill. But the pool is closed a bit too fast Definitely stay again next time.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spotless and communication was great from Ira et al. It's not too far from the beach but getting a scooter wouldn't be a bad idea for longer commutes.

This is not the first time we have been staying in Irina’s apartments. And this time part of the vacation was spent in cooperation.) It’s relatively far from the beach, but we didn’t go to Patong beach itself, we traveled around the island and the mainland by car. The apartment itself is very comfortable, a beautiful balcony. The hosts very VERY promptly responded to all questions. And corrected minor flaws. Of course, it would probably be fair to say that the plumbing update is already directly requested in the shower. And the stove is very interesting in the kitchen, not ceramics, it warms up for a long time) Weaned from this, these are nuances. The pool below is great. In general, we liked everything :) See you again :)

Location on a hill, a bike will be needed

We had a wonderful stay here, and will definitely stay again when we come back. Modern apartment, that was clean and tidy. The complex has a pool with swim up bar, restaurant and a gym. 15 minutes walk from Patong Beach, which we really enjoyed as it gave us the opportunity to explore the outer streets of Patong. Everything you need is right outside your door. Amazing hosts, great value for money, you will not regret your stay here : )

Very good location, facing the sea. The wall of the original color of the cement is slightly suppressed. Of course, everyone has different senses. The problem is that the lights are a lot broken, the jacuzzi can't be massaged. The boss has to check and repair as soon as possible.

Michael and his staff is very nice and helpful. The room is clean and a lot of upgrades. This is close to restaurants, massage, market, taxi. For your safety there is security guard in the front of building. You have to use the key to go through doors and elevator. I like the rain shower. The bed is big and comfortable, swimming pool is cleaned. Jungceylon market is walking distance. You can buy anything you need in this place. Karon beach is nice to go and I paid 400 baht for taxi. I recommend this Beach not Patong beach. I will come back again.

This is the second time I borrowed this apartment. It is perfectly located both in the distance to the city and to the beach. The apartment is wonderfully decorated in a lovely style. It has a nice double bed, a small tea kitchen containing various kitchen equipment. A lovely bathroom with a shower, which can also supply a shower of rainwater ... And you have the opportunity to take a nice bath if you really need to relax. A terrace with a lovely hanging chairs from which you can enjoy a fantastic view over the city, the sea and not least the mountains while enjoying a nice drink. Check-in takes place via code lock so that there is easy access, without having to meet the host, and thus avoid having to reject various sales of excursions etc. Should you forget code, there is a quick and easy emergency solution to help with this. The complex in which the apartment is located has a nice pool for both big and small, pool bar, restaurant and fitness room with what you need when training your whole body ... Scooter parking is possible. And it is all in a quiet and tranquil area, with 5 minutes walk to shopping and dining.

This place is a fantastic apartment to stay in if your planning on spending some time in Patong. The hotel itself has a swimming pool and a little cafe if you want to buy a snack or drink. View over Patong is tremendous! It’s a joy to wake up to every morning. Everything is as appears in photos. The location is about 20minute walk to Jungceylon Shopping Centre and about 20 to the beach. But I love walking, so it was no problem for me.

Great spot! The room is located a quick walk from the beach and the main attractions of Patong. It is a bit of a hill to walk up to get to the place, but otherwise it is easy to access. The room itself is spacious and the balcony is great.

Housing is as comfortable as if it were your own home. There is absolutely everything, dishes, household appliances, etc. The beach is not far. Who does not like to walk, at 7 in the morning you can always be brought to the beach. The staff is very friendly. Even if you don’t know the language, they will always help.

Side note - if you’re not a strong walker & will not be using your own transportation method it is a very long walk to Bangla St for example, especially in the heat & the taxi/Grab prices are extortionate around Patong.

Loved this place, the shower drained a bit slow but wasn't a major issue. It was nice and stylish on the inside. The bed was amazing, very soft and comfortable. Had the amenities of a hotel. Soap, shampoo, washcloths, towels. & complimentary bottled water. Unlike hotels, it is very quiet. The pool & gym look just like the pics (pool closes at 10 pm, only 3 feet) I arrived at 6 a.m. & check-in was super easy. My only complaint, which is no fault of the airbnb owners, is the worker who insisted he help with my bag although I turned him down. He still ended up taking my bag to the 2nd floor then asked me what's my room #. I refused to give it to him, took my bags away,& he left, so be careful solo travellers! Other than that, I felt safe, the place is secure with cameras & keycards needed for entry. The resort offers excursion booking, & 24 hr taxi for 300 baht 1 way, which can get expensive if you're a solo traveller. Couldn't take advantage of the free city tour because there were never enough people signed up. (min. of 5) the resort is gorgeous but the surrounding area is pretty worn down so do not expect a good view from the balcony. Not too far from Bangla road, about a 8-10 min ride. There's a restaurant on site, opened from 7a.m-3:30p.m. They also sell water, beer, juice, & icecream in the main lobby, no snacks though. There's lots of construction going on, but I wasn't bothered by it, not too much noise from it. Responses from owners were always timely and professional.

A quiet place in the middle of the road - there are many families and 7-11 at the door. It is very convenient to buy things. It is a very quiet small apartment. However, there are not many restaurants at the entrance, and there are no good restaurants. It takes about 20-30 minutes to go to the cold shopping mall in Jiangxi. If you take a taxi, you can try to bargain to 150 baht. There are many delicious restaurants near the cold side of Jiangxi. The room is not big, but the furniture is dirty, the sofa is dirty, there are old stains, and there are blood stains on the sheets. The inner core of the quilt is not very clean, it is old, and the tail of the quilt is not tied yet. So the first night we slept, the quilt cores all fell out. It is recommended that the friends who stayed in the house will tie the quilt cover first. If it is clean, it is recommended to bring a disposable sheet quilt cover and pillowcase. The process and the price/performance ratio are still very high. There are two swimming pools. The water in the swimming pool is very good and not dirty. Spacious studio with a nice balcony and view which catches the sun mid to late afternoon. Great pool and a good gym. Had a slight problem with the AC but they were on it very quickly & fixed. Great communication which was very helpful. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach but once you get used to the traffic & scooters entertaining in itself. Would have no hesitation in recommending this place. Stayed for ten days and did a little 2 day side trip to Phi Phi. Easy to organize and good just to take a small bag.

We have, in the second part of our trip to Phuket, chosen The Bayshore Ocean View. We have booked Ira's apartment for a week. The apartment is located in Patong City and have walking distance to Patong Beach and the night markets. Even though the apartment is located very central, however, the apartment wasn't disturbed by the traffic noises. We are very happy to stay at Ira's apartment and the hospitality from Ira's and partners. We highly recommended Ira's apartment to anyone.

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at. The host and co-hosts offer incredible attention 24/7. they always managed to get us a solution in less than 24 hours. The place it’s super safe, well located but you’ll need to rent a bike which we did in a near place with a local. The apartment it’s perfect for 2 persons, the kitchen it’s a bit small we learned to work with it. Since we stayed for 2 months this place felt like home for a while.

Absolutely gorgeous. Spectacular room. Amazing view from the patio. The inside is like an art museum where exhibits seem to be displayed. Food and drinks down stairs and a Family Mart right next door. Also the beach is minutes away. HIGHLY recommend

Panatta was so nice and accommodating! The space is VERY cute and stylish. We loved the restaurant downstairs it is like an eclectic dream with a great menu and nothing like we had seen in Thailand. The location is perfect as you can walk to lots of restaurants or take a tuktuk for around 200baht. We rented a scooter for 200/300 baht a day and went to the downtown Patong area. The bed is firm but comfortable!

Very stylish room. Had a lovely Mexican feel to it! We stayed here to end our holiday in Thailand. Found the staff really friendly. There was some street food right outside on the road and a good base to explore the areas around Phuket.

Quinn Shu’s place was a hidden oasis right in the middle of Patong. You have everything right outside the condo complex. A very quiet place to return to after being out exploring all day. The pool is absolutely beautiful and the breeze from the balcony is one of the most tropical breezes I’ve ever felt. A tranquil gem in the middle of the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this sweet little oasis if you’re ever traveling through Phuket. The host is awesome with communication :))

The apartment is spotless, so comfortable and exactly as appear in the photos. We used both pools, the gym and laundry too, although you can have that done very cheaply nearby. Patong is at your doorstep but when you step onto the grounds of the Deck you are suddenly in a lovely tranquil spot where you can truly relax in a high end environment. The really special element of this apartment is Qing Shu—the most wonderful host, as everyone mentions in their feedback. Great advice on the area and if you have any questions she is right there to help. If you have the chance to stay here, you won’t regret it.

Sorry for the late comment. It was not noticed until the last comment day. I used to stay in a hotel before I traveled. This time I booked a homestay experience with a taste of early adopters. I am very happy that the first time I tried out early in QingShu's home. Although the possibility of cooking is very small, the surrounding environment and small details were introduced in detail before check-in. I also purposely went downstairs to get a guide, haha. The location is quiet and quiet at night. There are convenience stores, restaurants, spas and massages around the rooftop swimming pool and gym. It is also about 500 meters from Patong beach. The room is excellent, there is everything for living, except for the iron. There is a balcony, but the view overlooks the neighboring Hotel, which is only a meter away. While the Hotel is not settled, but when it is settled it will be possible to shake hands with neighbors) All infrastructure is nearby. To the shopping center go about 10 minutes, to the beach 15 minutes, to Banglaroud about 10-15 minutes. The hotel is located in a quiet place, there is no noise except the included Conder and a rooster singing early in the morning. For that kind of money, I more than liked it. Cleaned every day. There is a kettle, bring instant coffee and sugar. At the reception, friendly receptionists. There is a lobby and a kitchen where breakfast is offered for a fee. We did not try, went to the cafe. The only negative was. We arrived at 3 a.m., our flight was late. I warned the owner, he assured me that the transfer is tracking flights and we will be met with a sign. When we left the airport and did not find a sign with our names. Spent an hour in search of wi-fi, they asked local Thais to contact the owner, he did not pick up the phone, most likely he was asleep. Despair had already come, since we did not know the exact address. And when everyone had already left our flight, an hour later, a secret approached us with a sign where the name was not clear, but the flight and the Hotel coincided. It turned out that they were trying to rewrite my name from Russian to English and it turned out something very different. We got to the hotel at 5 in the morning. So check the details. But after that everything was perfect.

l was just great. View from the place is nice. Security was good but not so helpful as they don't speak much English. When we arrived we were told our key card would be available and it wasn't. Didnt have wifi or anyway to contact host but we got lucky as a condominium resident let us use his phone. Place was clean and just as the pictures. Had a few mishaps but host was super quick to fix everything. The hill was very hard to deal with as it's so high and steep. Other than that, beautiful place and amazing value!

Yves place was just as described. It was in the perfect part of Patong Beach near restaurants and walking distance to beach, bars and clubs. The hill to get to apt is steep but you get use to it fast. The place is in a very safe and secure building. The apartment is spacious enough for 1-2 people. Bed was comfortable and loved the shower. Great view on balcony. My favorite part was the rooftop pool. Great pool with the most amazing view of Phuket. I would be more than glad to stay here again.

A beautiful place to stay in. I’ve read a lot of reviews stating that the place is really tough to find but if you just follow the location mentioned by the host, its pretty easy. Yes, there is an upslope which is pretty tough to climb but you can always use the stairs to the left of the road and that makes the climb okay. Just go down the road and you’ll find 2 bike rental shops, that give bikes at pretty good rates and also they have a gas station close by. Patong beach is a 10min drive and all the major places are very close by. The house has a double bed and a reclinable couch which can also be used as a bed. Electricity has to be paid for but its really not that expensive, we stayed for 4 days and used the AC all the time when we were home and got a bill of 200 baht. Overall a wonderful place to stay in.

The property is located in a magnificent location, a quiet street a stone's throw from the beach in the beating heart of Patong. The room is better than it looks, the very kind staff helped us, meeting all our needs. Absolutely recommended!

The room was great - 2 minutes from Patong Beach and 5-10 minutes walk from Bangla Road! The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and the keys were handed over without any major problems. Nearby there is also a supermarket, which is very practical since you don't have to carry the shopping far. Definitely come back!

My stay at forty Winks was top notch. The bed was comfortable and the room adequately spacious. The daily free water and complimentary snacks added a fine sprinkle of homeliness on top of a decent, invigorating experience. Bow at reception was exceptionally sweet and accommodating. This place was great. Highly recommend staying at this little hotel. The staff were oustanding and so kind. We stayed for three nights. You can rent scooters right from the hotel (250 Baht per day) which was a plus for us. The location was great for us, as it was a bit further up the hill than other places, meaning it was nice and quiet at night. While it was a bit of a walk to Patong beach (~15 minutes), we didn't mind as we primarly took the scooters to other parts of the island and other beaches (check our Freedom Beach for sure). The room and private bathroom were very clean and cute and were tidied up daily. The front desk staff helped with anything we needed including calling some of our taxi drivers when they were running behind since we don't speak Thai. Highly recommend staying here when you are in Patong; we certainly will when we return next time.

Excellent location. Walking distance to markets, malls, street food and everything Central Phuket has to offer but, in a quiet section. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Room was spacious and the bed was beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

we loved it, its a great place. nice and clean. but the big hill is not for old people, but it was no problem with a child. peacefully and nice. 1,6 km from the big malls and the party street. the pool was so Beautiful, we loved it and the beach was nice to. the only ting we thougt could have been better was a parasol by the pool, especial when you have a child with ya. thx for a lovely stay

The host was outstanding and the apartment was exactly what we hoped for. The host scheduled a ride to meet us at the airport to take us to the apartment for a very reasonable price. This saved a lot of hassle for us. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and very comfortable. It had everything you would need for a short or longer stay, from soap and detergent to pots, pans, and an umbrella. The bed was comfy as well! The apartment building had an amazing pool with a perfect sunset view of the beach so that was a big bonus! The location is close enough to walk to any of the the night life and craziness of Patong but was just far enough away to be nice and quiet for sleeping and relaxing. If you are looking to stay in Patong I’d highly recommend this place!

Wonderful apartment with a good view of the city and pretty central as well. The rooftop pool is definitely a highlight and for this price it's probably the biggest bang for your buck

Amazing place to stay, you have everything : microwave ,large fridge, toasters,cable TV,shower and bath , great view from private balcony . Cleanliness to a high standard, security 5 star felt absolutely safe, views from rooftop over Patong don’t think you will find better, the rooftop infinity pool was fantastic and so clean 5 stars again. I would highly recommend a stay at this amazing condominium.

Ira’s place had everything we needed. The balcony was nice and peaceful for your morning cuppa. The rooftop pool was outstanding and never crowded. The sunsets were amazing. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks and had a fantastic time. It is spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The infinity pool on the roof is amazing. I would highly recommend staying here.

It is worth every penny! So close to the patong beach, family mart, shopping and everything fun and lively! If you can walk 2-3 kms then you can reach huge malls, food streets and Bangla road without taking the tuk tuk. Communication was perfect and checking in and out was a breeze. Definitely recommend staying here if in Phuket

The location of the house is quiet, the balcony is very comfortable, nearby supermarkets, restaurants are a few minutes walk, the first floor of the apartment can be a taxi, a very pleasant trip.

Ira’s place is safe, comfortable and clean. It’s exactly as what’s described. We have booked the airport pick-up service and strongly recommended it because the driver can just find the place smoothly which is very helpful if you arrive at night. The room is spacious and very suitable for a family trip. The apartment has full kitchenware and we have cooked many dishes there. The view from balcony is spectacular. The rooms is very clean. The location is convenient, about 15 minutes walk to the beach. There is a swimming pool on the second floor, where we loved laying on the deck and chill in the breeze. It’s definitely a good place to recommend.

Truly a lovely stay, I really enjoyed the view offered as well as the compact but relaxing atmosphere.

The location of these apartments is good. 10-12 minutes walk to the beach. There is a 7/11 store nearby, which is very convenient. Very happy with the housing. Cozy at home. Great terrace. There is a blender and it’s very cool, we prepared fresh every day) thanks!)

Great place to stay in Patong if you want to be a bit away from the touristy areas! Our taxi there had trouble finding it and the directions were a little unclear but after that it was fine! It is quiet, clean, and easily a home away from home! It is quite far and cumbersome to walk to the main areas so I would suggest having transportation plans (we rented a scooter from the front desk). Overall, thank you for a wonderful stay on vacation!

We have been in Ira's Apartment for 7 nights. Everything was exactly like in the description and pictures. The comfort and cleanliness, the location, communication, value for money and facilities are awesome. We rented a 125 cc scooter nearby for 200 THB and found the location close enough to everything , with a nature view and silence on the hill. Big terrace, fresh air, all you need is in walking distance. ( Super Cheap grocery store, massage, money exchange, bike rental, gasoline, restaurants) . We will definitely return to this apartment on our next Phuket stay and recommend it to family and friends. Oliver & Charlene
