The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Not for tourism, not for investment, but for a lifestyle choice: born from the love of a mother who chose to be there to support her children in competitive sports and transformed a home into an opportunity. Children grow up and life changes, but LunaCottage is still here! Come in if you like, and feel like a guest. The Sailing Boat has returned to being ours alone, with respect for each other.
