Cosy 2 bed detached cottage. Off-road parking for several cars. Small village just in North Wales; 3 mi from the A55, easy access to M53, M56 , M6. Penyffordd has 2 pubs, a bistro cafe, specialist butchers and convenience stores, in short walking distance. Steps away from lovely countryside walks. Further afield Chester, Mold, Moel Famau and Cwlydian range are a short drive. Snowdonia, Bala and Anglesey approx 1 hour away. Penyffordd has a train station with links to Liverpool and Manchester.

Coed Issa is a traditional cottage dating form the early 1800’s. Following a complete renovation it is now available as a comfortable and cosy eco-friendly holiday let. There are two lovely bedrooms each with a king sized bed, it can sleep four people comfortably. Bedding and towels are provided. The original house also houses a snug with log burner and desk, utility room and downstairs shower room. The new extension has a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room with exceptional views.

There is a king size bed in the living room and an additional put up bed or travel cot can be added for an extra guest. Separate kitchen and shower room with a large shower, loo and small basin. There is one step down to the kitchen and shower room - the floor is wooden and the living area is carpeted.

Nestling against Hope mountain & surrounded by trees the apartment feels like a tree house. The garden is visited by many birds. Depending on time of year you will hear woodpeckers, owls and buzzards as well as the general song of smaller birds. Ample off street parking right by the apartment door.
