We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this tidy, well-appointed condo. Perfect location within walking distance to town via the path around the lake, and fantastic views. Charlie and Rob were quick to answer questions and were organized, attentive hosts. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Charlie and Rob’s place was gorgeous. Brilliant sunshine, huge windows, perfect patio overlooking the lake with a grill for home cooked dinners. So convenient to town, restaurants and nightlife - just a 15 minute walk. The bedrooms were spacious and the baths had nice amenities. Hard to leave.

This gem is easily the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. Also, its location is way better suited if youre travelling around by car during your stay in QT (bus is close too) so dont be turned off by the distance to town which is only an 8 minute drive. Sally was also an amazing host, fastest replies ever!!!

Wow! What a space! The Pod was our favourite accommodation in all of New Zealand. It’s sparkling clean, private, minimal yet somehow feels like your own home. We loved the area and it was nice to be a short ride out of Queenstown. Would definitely recommend.

The Alpine Pod is absolutely gorgeous, it is the perfect size for a couple or friends who are keen to explore Queenstown and it’s surrounding areas. Located 15 minutes from the CBD, 5 minutes from the Onson Hot Pools and 15 minutes from Arrowtown you couldn’t ask for anything better! This pod is decorated with stylish cultural and historical additions tied in with modern touches. Our host Sally has great communication and provides you with a beautiful spot to soak in all that Queenstown has to offer, Would highly recommend it.

My wife and I had the most fantastic time in Queenstown and specially in the sunny cottage. It’s a beautiful place where you feel at home the minute you enter and we can only give our best recommendations for the Sunny Cottage and Fiona as host. A house halfway up the hill, with a very nice view, especially a large deck and large living room, which enjoy the view. The house is well appointed, clean and comfortable with a few minutes' drive from the centre of Queenstown which offers the benefit of peace.

We had a lovely time at Fiona’s place. The views are amazing and the house makes you feel home away from home! We loved the location as well, being able to go walking to the lake and also to take the water taxi to Queenstown. The communication with Fiona was very good, she answered quickly and solved all minor issues we had! We definetely recommend to stay here!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Crib! Fiona has created a wonderfully warm and welcoming space. We enjoyed all the little creature comforts and the glorious afternoon sunshine that streams into the living area. The house is located on the southern bank of the Frankton Arm of Lake Wakatipu. The views are quite spectacular! We only wish we had booked for longer and would return in a heartbeat!

Awesome house, beautiful scenery, on the Kevin Peninsula diagonally across the shore from Queenstown, about 10 minutes drive from the center of Queenstown, away from the hustle and bustle, very suitable for us traveling by car! fiona provides everything you need, all kitchen supplies and seasonings, you can make any food you want to make ~ ~ washing machine, dryer, can conveniently complete the washing process during travel ~ ~ and Bluetooth speakers, dishwashing Aircraft ~~ even if you want, you can barbecue on the deck ~~ deck can overlook the lake view, sitting on a deck chair on the deck every day, watching the blue sky and white clouds, the plane taking off, and the starry sky at night, a little light across the lake Is our most comfortable life ~~ Thank you so much fiona for providing us with such a perfect home. The 3 days spent here will be unforgettable! It is expected to come back in the fall of 4 years, let's see you then!

Very clean and spacious apartment with excellent views. Good location as it’s quiet and private, however the main town is just a short drive or water taxi away.

Great welcoming host, wonderful attention to details that make you feel at home. The view is stunning. It was great to get back and avoid the Queenstown traffic after visiting the sites around the area. Quicker return from Milford Sound and short trip for groceries.

Beautiful spot in a really lovely area. Easy to get to and close to QT centre. Clean and comfortable.

Very nice house, located on the mountainside, about a half-hour walk from the town center, suitable for driving over for vacation. The house is not big, but it is exquisite and can basically meet all your needs. It's a nice stay here and can enjoy a wonderful holiday.

The room is very comfortable overall, the kitchen utensils are very convenient, the only thing that is not too good is the remote location, on the mountainside, but there is no first-line lake view. It is recommended to have a car to live in. If you do not have a car, it will be far away by the lake or the town.

We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. It is a lovely light filled apartment with nice views across the valley. It is only about 5 mins from Queenstown by car. Only comment is that milk is not provided, so if you want milk with your coffee or tea on arrival, you will have to bring your own

The house is very design-oriented, it is very welcoming as soon as you enter, there is a mountain-view balcony and an open-air spa, only ten minutes away from Queenstown. It is very convenient. I hope to have the opportunity to stay again!

We had a lovely time staying at the kiwi house! The location was absolutely beautiful and it was nice to be just outside of town. The place was perfectly stocked with all the supplies we needed which made cooking our own meals easier. We very much enjoyed our time.

This is a great, quiet spot with gorgeous views. Check-in and departure were very easy. Emma and her family were great and friendly hosts. This was our first stop on our travels and definitely set the bar quite high. Would definitely recommend!

Emma and the not-so-tiny house are definitely one of the best memories we have in NZ. She came out to greet while she was cooking for dinner - it was such an unexpected surprise!!! She is nice and the house has everything! We also took a lot of pictures at night with the stars and moon, and of course, the amazing house as a perfect background!

Lovely cabin close to the town centre while still out of the way. Everything you need, plus a jacuzzi as a bonus! Would thoroughly recommend.

The location of this Air Bnb is ideal for walking to and from downtown Queenstown. The place was sparking clean and being able to make coffee every morning was great. And, yes, the hot tub is perfect for jumping into after you’ve done a lot of walking. If privacy and peace and quiet are priorities of yours, be advised there isn’t much between you and the house next door. The fence is rather easy to see through. The college kids renting the house next door couldn’t help but glance at us every time we utilized the hot tub. We also had a woman just appear once while we were in the hot tub. She smiled and then walked away. Perhaps it was the woman next door? We don’t know. It was not ideal. If you want privacy and quiet, this may not be the place for you. Otherwise, this is an ideal place for the reasons I mentioned initially.

Kal's apartments are great! They are within easy walking distance of the Queenstown CBD, are super clean and have everything you need. Would happily stay again.

We had a great stay at Kal's place for our first night in Queenstown. He met us early to help us store our bags inside while the staff finished getting our unit ready. The apartment was very nice, modern, with a very comfortable bed! Also, both heat and AC were available in the unit. We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay again! As mentioned, parking on site was limited, but there are a number of public parking options close by, both lot and street parking.

The apartment is beautiful! It is convenient to have a supermarket not far.

The cottage was the last stop on our road trip, and it was the perfect place to wind down after a lot of outdoor adventures. The space is so stylish, with a lot of attention to the little details. It’s also in a great location, very close to town. Thanks Holly and Nic :)

Holly & Nic’s cottage is beautiful! Very stylish, comfortable & very clean. It had everything in it we could possibly want & more! Holly even went out & purchased a cafetière for me-Holly is so thoughtful & Kind. Both Holly & Nic are very friendly & easy to communicate with & Holly responds to msgs v quickly. We were slightly concerned about the road when we arrived, but it didn’t effect our stay or sleep at all, we slept very well in the comfy bed every night. We loved the large head rain shower (I want one at home) & all the soft fluffy white towels & luxury toiletries provided! We made full use of the ‘bus card’ provided & used it to get to Queenstown in the evening. We also used the bikes & helmets to bike into Queenstown one morning along the walking/cycling track along by the lake, such beautiful views! We loved this cottage - Thank you Holly & Nic for a very comfortable stay!! 😀

The host was very easy to contact and very hospital. The house is also conveniently in the middle of the town center and the airport. However if you don’t have a car it’s a pretty long walk to get places.

Tidy and cozy apartment, perfect location to explore the city. No air conditioning, the nights had been a bit warm in there as we opened the windows only in darkness because of the sandflies and moscitos, but a fan was supplied. Great to have the possibility of sitting outside for dinner and breakfast, very kind hosts with additional baby chair, cot and possibility of nappie change. Would stay there again.

We spent two nights staying at Karen's. The location of her place is good with excellent views from the lounge. The rooms are simple but clean. The transaction process was very easy and Karen was good natured when we accidentally broke a wine glass! (Sorry!). This place is a good base when staying in Queenstown.

My partner had a great stay at Karen's place, which we booked last minute due to bad weather. Karen was quick to respond. The room was comfortable. The use of the kitchen and washing machine was much appreciated.

This is the best room I have lived on the South Island. The view of the living room is too beautiful, and it is not far from the city center. I just arrived by taking Line 1. Love your house so much!

This is one of the best apartments that I have come across. The hosts are friendly and warm, they respond really quickly and offer a lot of suggestions for activities around the area. The apartment is very well located with beautiful views of the lake and the mountains around it. Parking is an added benefit.

This apartment is is a great location. It is very clean, however it is a bit on the smaller side if you are traveling with a lot of luggage. Open parking onsite was very convenient.

Marina’s place is super clean and stylish. 6 km from the central area but has an amazing cafe around the corner and is easy to bike into town.

Marina’s place was the perfect landing pad for us our first night in NZ - a clean, quiet place to recover from travel and begin to explore Queenstown. The free and easy parking was much appreciated as was the awesome shower water pressure and giant bed!

This place is as described. I really can’t express this enough. The room was clean and tidy, bed neatly made, the carpet is clean and so was the bathroom. We previously stayed at a “not so great place” so this was soo refreshing. This place has everything which u may require, nice clean towels and cockery provided in the kitchenette. The VIEWS!! The VIEWS, are emmaculate. Whenever we get back to Queenstown we will be sure to book this place. You get value for your money 100%.

Apartment as described! However, do take note that apartment is slightly further off from the town centre. About 6-8mind drive from apartment to the town centre, should not be an issue if you have a vehicle. Shared bathroom was v clean and spacious with shampoo, body wash and hair dryer provided. Kitchen is a shared area with the hosts as well and the view is great from the apartment and especially from the kitchen! Seems like quite a new apartment, just that it might be inconvenient for elderly as there's stairs to climb up to reach the apartment but other than that, it's a great place to stay at for the value paid! Will definitely recommend people to stay here.

Must be five-star praise, the rooms of the store have first-class scenery. Go to town and take bus number one for a few minutes. Of course self-driving is no problem. The room was clean and tidy. In the incomparable view of the living room kitchen, you can cook a steak noodle. The landlord is very nice. The host also took me to the bus stop before leaving. thanksgiving.

Tao is very welcoming and generous, providing a convenient place for public rest and activities. The listing is located at the seaside next to Queenstown, a little distance from the town, it is recommended to drive.

Tiny but cute apartment with unbeatable views (seriously, the view from the private patio looks fake!). It’s not right in the downtown area but it’s a very pleasant 20 minute walk either via the main road or through forested area to get into town. It’s quite steep so we ubered back uphill each time. We really enjoyed sunbathing on the patio in the afternoons. Would stay again.

Cozy boutique studio with an incredible view of Frankton Arm. You need a car as it’s about 1-2 miles away from the Main Street. There are 22 steps up to the studio so I just took my clothes & toiletries in a small bag since my bf had a very big suitcase. There was a broken TV remote when we checked in but Julie resolved the problem. Very modern bathroom however there’s no counter space. I used the butcher block & that helped a lot. Face towels would have been nice but we managed. Kitchen drawer below the microwave hits the baseboard but very minor flaw. Overall it was a very comfy stay. Bed is good & warm!

Julie’s place is the perfect getaway spot. A room that has everything you need in a great location, only a 20 minute stroll to the town center. The room has lovely bright natural lighting and the decor is beautiful. The cleanliness is spot-on. Julie was very quick in responding any concerns and gives you great suggestions to spend the best time in QT and the area beyond! Thanks for everything!

Everything is exactly as shown/ explained. Communication is super speedy & they are there to help you with any queries or anything you need! Perfect spot for a scenic walk into town & bus route is close by as an alternative! 10/10 would definitely recommend & I hope to be back soon!

Beautiful cozy room, gorgeous lake view, well designed space, and provdes what you need to enjoy a nice breakfast. We had a great time! Keep in mind the place is behind a private home and directly above the host, so you need to walk up the driveway (park on street) and keep noise down later at night.

Although the location is not the best, but the price is very good, the separate building and bathroom will not disturb Sam. Thank you for staying 5 nights. Thank you very much.

Great space with a lot of really nice details. Close to the bus stop and even had a GO Card ready for us to use. Hosts were great, responded quickly to any questions we had and provided seamless check in instructions.

A very comfortable stay in Queenstown. Very well equipped and easy parking. The walk up the hill from town is a bit of a grind but regular bus service is available if you don’t want to walk.

I absolutely recommend this place! We have 2 small boys who loved the garden, the views are glorious and the apartment is super clean and spacious. We were made so welcome, including a card and treat for our eldest who turned 5 the day we arrived. We loved Queenstown but it was great to be at this location, I wish we'd booked for longer!

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s house. The flat was spacious and had everything we needed, it was within a short drive to queenstown and there were also beautiful lakeside walks around the corner. The garden was a big plus; our 3-year old loved playing outdoors and we enjoyed the beautiful views. Sarah was also a great host and answered queries very quickly. Highly recommended.

Sarah’s place was the best airbnb stay for us in New Zealand. Great location with lake view and the surroundings of the house are beautiful. Kitchen was stocked with basics as well as good choices of spices and cooking oils. Bathroom was extremely thoughtfully designed which even had a floor heater. Sarah has a great and quick communication with us.

Everything was great

We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place. Anything we needed, Sarah was there to help. She was very sweet and accommodating with our kids. There were loads of toys and games for them to play with. We especially loved being able to pick fruit from some of the trees that were laden at the time. We were also lucky that Sarah was able to squeeze us in a night early with an extra two guests. We really appreciated her scrambling around to fit us in.

Sarah is so nice, she gave us the fruit which growed by herself, but I forgot how to call the fruit . Anyway it’s delicious. The house is so beautiful with beautiful view of the mountains and lake, we have a good time staying in Queenstown. Thanks Sarah a lot

A spacious downstairs apartment. Clean, tidy, well stocked and welcoming host.

On the other side of the late where you can have very quite stay while enjoying the stunning views, clean and well equipped, we did enjoy this apartment！

We loved staying at Meagan and Emmerson’s lovely place near Queenstown. The place, as the description & photos indicate, is up on an amazing hillside. The views from every room and the deck are splendid, all aspects of the place are fresh and new, and much thought has been exerted in thinking of their guests’ comfort. Pre-arrival correspondence was prompt and helpful. There was also welcome sheet of instructions, and other helpful local material. We ate at Bespoke in Queenstown for lunch, and it was great. The other 3 nights of our visit, we split between fine and friendly VKnow restaurant, a 15 minute walk from the place (mostly uphill on the way there), and the casual, but wonderful Chur fish & chips (next to VKnow). One can walk into town from their place, perhaps 45 minutes, or drive partway into town, then walk the rest of the way, or drive (or bus) all the way. Not having been to Queenstown before, we were initially thinking of staying in Queenstown, but having stayed at Meagan & Emmerson’s place, and now understanding how Queenstown is laid out, we would definitely stay at their place again on our next visit.

Meagan’s Place is first class. The accommodations are very stylish and comfortable. This is easily the best place we have stayed at during our trip to New Zealand. And the view is breathtaking. We could not get enough of looking out to the lake and mountains. The parking spot is unique, it’s a raised platform above the sloping hill. But street parking is also close by if you’re not comfortable with the parking spot. Amazing place to stay! Thank you Meagan and Emerson.

I absolutely recommend this beautiful lake view apartment, which is clean, modern and very private, it is near to town center but much quiet. Will come back to stay next time.

The room was clean, comfortable and the view is amazing.

The house is very design-oriented, the view is great, and it is clean and tidy. The host couple felt very capable, because the day was exhausted and they didn't talk too much. Going to the car to pick up things in the middle of the night was startled by the male owner sitting in the dark backyard silently watching the stars, cool guy

Good location, short drive or walk to the city center. Room was clean, the view is really nice from the big window. There is no AC, just a normal fan, so it can get really hot. The bathroom seems outdated and a better and newer bed would fit better to a luxurious room. Overall it was ok for a one night stay.

Kersten greeted us with a warm welcome. The room was bright and spacious. I NEED coffee in the morning and was thankful that it was available. The view was absolutely stunning. Took great pics of the sunrise from our room. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Queenstown.

A great stay in a lovely guest apartment with stunning views. The host was very helpful with local tips and we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying at Carleen and Joe’s cozy and stylish space! Their space really allows travelers to relax and unwind with nice amenities including a built in fireplace. Their home is centrally located in the Fernhill neighborhood and close to a city bus line and other shops. Carleen was very welcoming and helpful in offering suggestions for places to go in Queenstown.

Enjoyed our time at the apartment, it was lovely, quiet and super clean.

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of central Queenstown but close enough to walk in or catch the bus. Carleen was a lovely host, really friendly and thoughtful providing lots of toys for our young daughter. She gave lots of tips about where to go, what to do and where to eat. The local fish and chip shop was great!! Apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. Thank you Carleen.

Nick is very responsive. The place is conveniently located. I didn’t have a car for my stay and walking was convenient to the big attractions. Supermarket is 6 minutes walk away. The kitchen is spotless. So cooking or enjoying a glass of wine at the end of your bungy jump is easy! If you’re looking for a basic accommodation to enjoy your days in Queenstown, this is a great option. If you have a car, the parking is right on the premises and a gas station just down the main road. Highly recommend.
