The building is on the corner of the pedestrian island of Via Monferrato, full of shops, clubs and restaurants. Public parking is available for a fee in Piazza Gran Madre and nearby. The supermarket is a few meters from the house.

Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. We are within walking distance of the Royal Palace of Venaria. The apartment is composed as follows: living room with TV, double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with walk-in closet. It is full of every comfort: 2 TVs, fast Wi-Fi network, dishwasher, washing machine, underfloor heating and air conditioning. Being in the center, we are in the ZTL area. Perfect for a cultural stay, a visit to the Mandria Park or the Allianz Stadium. Payment for the tourist tax is required on site.

We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.
