In a quiet, peaceful location, a villa with a swimming pool and garden, bordered by a pine forest. Three bedrooms are available on one level, ideal location for walks in nature, many trails start around it.. Located 10 minutes from Aubenas and its famous castle and 30 minutes from the Ardèche gorges ( canoeing, Chauvet cave). Tree garden of 2000 m2, swimming pool,pétanque, ping pong table. Upstairs, there is an additional bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bed.

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

Villa La Falaise 6 to 8 people Balazuc south Ardeche

Welcome to our home! We are renting out our 135 m² house, this is our old home that we left in 2023 to live not far away, and it seemed obvious to us to let all the people curious to visit the south of Ardèche enjoy it. The house has four bedrooms but only one toilet, that is why I am changing the capacity from 8 people to 6, (it is also possible to sleep eight in 4 large 140 cm beds). We will be delighted to welcome you.

Magnanerie de Monteil, Cypress

Between Lablachère and Les Vans, the farmhouse is a former silk factory, the new "Les Cyprès" cottage (rated 4*, 53 m2), located at the back of the building, enjoys a large private terrace. This preserved environment will offer you space, charm and serenity for a quiet holiday. The garden unfolds at the front of the farmhouse on two levels, the lower part houses a swimming pool (salt water) of 8 x 4 m (to be shared).

Gîte Alyno

Alyno is a gîte for six to seven people. The vaulted ceilings of the living room give it a unique atmosphere. It is over 110 m2. You will find a kitchen area where you can prepare your meals, a beautiful living room with fireplace, on the 1st floor a large bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with two single beds, a shower room with toilet, and a 2nd bedroom with a double bed and a single bed on the 2nd floor.

On the heights of Labeaume, you will be the only master on board this family home with stunning views. Swimming pool, shaded terraces or full sun, river at your feet, you will just have to choose. Relaxation, walks on foot or by bike, the place is beautiful in any season. It's up to you... The house welcomes you with all the comforts, your bikes and motorcycles will also be sheltered. The house is pet-friendly.
