My mum and my sister stayed at Leonor´s place and were very pleased. Leonor is a great host - very kind and helpful, she even managed to keep my family entertained even though they can´t speak any English! :) The location is just superb - supermarket, restaurants, take-aways, buses and train station just around the corner. Thank you, they really enjoyed staying over! Definitely recommended :)

For my wife & myself this was our first experience with Airbnb,being a shy person my wife was wary of staying in some else's house.She shouldn't have been for when we arrived we were more than pleasantly surprised at the welcome we received.Sue&Jan made us feel completely at home,were made to feel part of the family which we felt like by the time we came to leave. Caroline was an absolutely wonderful host, always smiling and laughing! We felt like we were walking into a friend's house from the first minute there (even though we arrived late). Her home is warm and comfortable and the company fabulous (both canine and human). We had a delicious breakfast laid out for us every morning. Caroline is great! She is open, easy going and generous. She made me feel at home right away and made sure I was always ok along the stay. The room is very comfortable and perfectly spotted where I need to go when I am in London. You can access Waterloo from Surbiton in 20 minutes, and you are a walking distance from the river and the beautiful borough of Kingston. I recommend A+

Caroline is the most kind host you can imagine. Very warm and helpful. She even picked us at the train station and gave us a lift (my to little daughters and me) despite it was just a 15 minutes walk, or 3 minutes by bus. Very, very kind indeed. My partner Daniel and I stayed here for 2 nights for his birthday weekend. We live in North London and just wanted a change of scenery and Caroline's property was in the best location. It's a 5 minute drive into Kingston Town or 20 minutes if strolling. Caroline made us feel really welcomed in her home and her two dogs Rosie and Charlie were lovely to be around. Caroline gave us some good tips of where to eat, easiest walking routes into town etc. We met some of Caroline's friends during our stay and they too made us feel really welcomed and we all even enjoyed the nice sunny weather in Caroline's garden and Daniel & I ended up feeling like friends rather than guests. Would highly recommend Caroline's place to stay if you would like to be fairly local to shops and restaurants but still away enough so that it's peaceful and quiet. The room is spacious, clean and has a fresh decor feel. Caroline offers essentials such as towels, shower gel, deodorant, toothpaste. Breakfast is continental and is usually laid out on the table in the kitchen ready for you. This was my first AirBnb experience and it was definately a positive one, whereas Daniel has stayed in plenty AirBnb's before & in his opinion Caroline is the best host he has come across by far. Honestly, it was a very pleasant stay and will 100% stay again!

We spent a wonderful week with Fatoum in her home. Large bright room, comfortable bed. Clean kitchen with everything you need. Quick online. Quietly, quietly. Parking in front of the house. You can prepare meals, eat, wash. As at home. Fatoum is very nice chat. About all you can negotiate. Recommended.

This is a great place to stay - a quiet location but very handy for shops and public transport. I was made to feel very welcome and Rohema is a really great host and lovely person. There were two other lodgers there when I stayed which meant I got upgraded to a double room. Would recommend.

Great find! I've never stayed in a private room, I always opt for entire residence but this is all inclusive. It feels like a "tiny house" with a cool rain shower in pretty tile , a tiny sink and towel warmer. They supplied incredible extras including milk for tea/coffee, fresh fruit, adapters, and to my relief a blow dryer! Very quiet location and great natural light. Lovely hosts as well. Highly recommended.

Tom and Catherine were amazing hosts with an excellent service. The had fresh fruits and milk before I checked-in. The room was at its finest condition and with a sense of quietness.

Tom and Catherine's place was quiet, comfortable and completely self-contained with everything you could want for a leisure or business stay including cooking and serving utensils- Tom even did my washing up! Could not be bettered and so convenient for cycle routes along river and through parks.

I enjoyed a warm welcome and a comfortable stay at Tom and Catherine's Airbnb and would recommend it to any single person as good accommodation. Tom and Catherine are warm and welcoming hosts who are very kind and helpful. Although there was tea and coffee available, it might be a good idea for clients to take some basic meal/breakfast items for themselves as this is not provided. There is a basic convenient store within walking distance but there is not very much there and the restaurant was closed. Altogether, I would be happy to stay at this accommodation again.

My second time staying at Tom and Catherine's house and again, I loved every minute. I had just finished a 2 week tour around Scotland and Ireland and I was super wrecked. It was so nice to come to a place where I feel like home and I could rest up. Thanks again guys!

Wow! What an exceptional stay. I stayed for 2 nights at Tom and Catherine's house and I enjoyed every minute. Tom was kind enough to let me check in earlier, which was very kind. Tom provided some great directions to help me get to this house. As soon as I walked in, I felt right at home. The room was on the side of the house with its own little enterance which was great. The bathroom had a towel warmer which was incredible. Tom and Catherine provided me with fresh milk everyday and fresh fruit. I felt so at home and I hope I can stay again. The area is a real hidden gem with some beautiful restaurants and shops.

Ester seems like a lovely lady, although we were barely in the house as we had a wedding to attend. Unfortunately I found the matress on the double bed so uncomfortable I could not sleep in it, I ended up using the spare single bed and my husband had a rubbish night's sleep in the double. Ester stayed in touch to check arrival times of my son, and supplied information about parking. The room was basic but met with all my sons requirements for an overnight stay, and was good value.

This is a very nice room in a quiet area with very good public transport connections. Ester is a very nice host and always quick to respond. I shall certainly be back.

Lauren accommodated me at very short notice and the room was very comfortable. There was a bit of a mix up as I didn't realise there were two identical blocks and spent hours trying to get into the wrong building! Probably just me but do ensure you go to the right one! ;(

Lareun and Will were perfect hosts. They have a nice apartment and you have to realize that your are renting a room and sharing a bathroom, but they went out of their way to be accomodating from arranging a time to meet and to work out a very late arrival. The location is very quiet and a 15 minute walk from Kingston University where my son is studying. You are very close to the Surbiton Train Station and within easy walking distance of both Surbiton and Kingston with lots of restaurants, shopping etc. Waterloo Train Station near Westminster Abbey is about a 15-20 minute train ride.
