The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

I am a tiny house founded on a horse trailer over 100 years old. Living in me can give you the necessary peace and mental relaxation without much luxury. But I would also like to give a look back at the time when owning such a horse trailer gave enough hope to get through the hard, deprived time of life on a farm at that time. Old Railway Guard House

The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel good on about 60 m². Sustainable and natural materials were used and so, for example, the field stone construction has also remained an eye-catcher inside. The secluded location of the house provides a wide view over the surrounding meadows, where sheep and goats graze.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
