Excellent value for money. Daniel is kind, generous and helpful. Just note there are a lot of stairs up to the accommodation, so unsuitable for those with any mobility problems. Great for young folk who need good value for money.

An enjoyable stay, Jen is a very good communicator. The flat is airy and bright, I would stay on another occasion.

Well equipped and spacious flat. Handy for the beach, only a short drive to Blackpool. Lovely and quiet but within easy reach of shops and pubs etc. Jen is very welcoming and we highly recommend her breakfasts!

The host Jen made us feel very welcome which is great when you turn up with 2 excitable 3 year old twins! The flat is very clean and tidy and a great location with walking access to St Annes High Street and the coastal promenade. The description of the apartment is accurate.

Well presented charming flat in walking distance to local shops and restaurants although those in Lytham are a 10 min taxi ride away. Basic provisions were provided which was most helpful.

We stayed 2 nights, the accommodation is in a quiet location and parking is very good. We found it very difficult to log on to the internet the signal was very weak. The place is very clean and has all the facilities which are described on air b&b the bathroom would benefit by having hot water at the hand wash basin.

If you want a quiet, calm and caring place to stay in a charming little town with an amazing beach, then This is the place for you. Linda and Darren were lovely hosts, friendly and kind. Accommodation exactly as described. A retreat if you need it, in all respects. I would definitely try to come here again and recommend this to anyone else.

The house was great for 7 of us. Situated in a quiet housing estate in the edged of Lytham St Annes. You can walk to the beach easily and it was in a central location for driving into Lytham or Blackpool. It was very clean and tidy and there was some lovely touches on our arrival.

Gavin's house was perfect for our weekend family get away. Clean and tidy and close to where we needed to be. Could do with a little freshen up in places but perfectly comfortable.

Caroline and Mark were wonderful hosts and were very warm and welcoming. The House and room were beautiful, and exactly as described. Everything was spotlessly clean. There were some lovely unexpected touches in the room - some glossy magazines, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries and even a coffee machine! It felt more like a 5 star hotel! My daughter made a new friend in Tilly the dog, and wanted to take her home! We come to a Blackpool fairly frequently for dancing events and would definitely stay with Caroline and Mark again. I would definitely recommend them as hosts without any hesitation.

Our room was gorgeous, lots of room, super king bed, very calming decor, extremely comfortable super king bed, sky TV and very thoughtfully kitted out from the coffee machine and beautiful shortbread to the shampoo shower gel, dressing gowns and slippers. Lots of choices for Breakfast, cereals toast yoghurts and warm croissants were a great start to the day. Caroline and Mark are lovely, very welcoming and friendly, and Tilly the most gorgeous friendly little dog will melt your heart ❤️. A genuinely lovely stay. This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Caroline and Mark's house is a beautiful and stylish edwardian house in a quiet road two minutes from the sea. Parking right outside too. The room is as lovely as the pictures show, the super kingsize bed is really comfy and the spacious ensuite has a fab shower. It all feels really luxurious and we thought it was fantastic value for money. Caroline provided us with home made shortbread when we arrived and there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room so we sat and enjoyed the sea view from the side window in the room. Lots of places to eat nearby. We really liked St Anne's and think this Airbnb is a gem. We shall definitely return!

A beautifully decorated and spacious bedroom. There is a coffee machine, kettle and different teas and coffees in the room. There is tv with sky. The en suite has a walk in shower and is lovely size. So much more room than staying at a hotel. We would definetley come back and also recommend to others too

Very impressed by our first visit to the area - spacious, miles of sandy beach with dunes in one direction, an estuary with lots of birdlife the other, with grassy walks behind - comfortable, well equipped, clean, accommodation - modern ensuite, walk-in shower, super kingsize bed, TV, tea/coffee facilities, biscuits/shortbread, view of the sea from room - all in all, luxurious - Caroline & Mark are really friendly & helpful & couldn't have done more for us - we will certainly return.

Great location for this boutique hotel. Check in was a breeze and a small lounge with 'honour bar' was available. Good size room, firm comfy mattress and fantastic free Wifi. Bathroom had all the amenities and great hot shower on the morning. Tea set and all channels on TV. Continental breakfast was delicious and checkout was easy. Highly recommended.

Perfect for what we wanted, rooms were very clean, cosy and nicely decorated. The house was big, we stayed only one night so we didn't really have time to stay inside too much.

Mark was a really great host-quick to respond to my questions and very helpful. We really enjoyed staying at his comfortable, clean house, which had everything we wanted in a really good location. There is even a trampoline in the back garden, though all being of a certain age we didn't go on it! I would certainly return when next in the area.

Amazing house - very large and spacious, kids absolutely loved it with so many toys to play with and get entertained. Nicely informed and welcomed by the host, excellent communication overall.
