Philippe et Pemmy auront le plaisir de vous accueillir dans une maisonnette indépendante (voisine de leur résidence) en lisière de forêt dans le petit hameau d'Ossat, niché au dessus de Marignier, et au pied du Môle. A proximité vous trouverez de nombreuses randonnées, via ferrata, canyoning, rafting, vtt... et vous serez proches des stations de ski: Grand Massif 25', Porte du Soleil 30', Praz de Lys/Sommand 30', les Brasses 25', Chamonix 50’. Genève et Annecy sont à moins d'une heure.

22 m2 studio located in a small residence with swimming pool, surrounded by nature. Central location for visiting the area: 35 min from Geneva, 40 min from Lake Geneva and Yvoire, 45 min from Annecy, 55 min from Chamonix. Ski resorts: 23 min from Sommand Praz de Lys, 33 min from Les Gets (Portes du Soleil), 23 min from Morillon, 38 min from Samoëns (Grand Massif). Many hikes nearby: the Môle, the Pointe des Brasses, the Pointe de Miribel. Supermarket, bakery, butcher 3 min drive.

You will stay in a cottage of about 200 m 2, on the heights of Saint-Jeoire-en-Faucigny, close to the city of Geneva (30 km). Come and enjoy the calm and sunshine, a stone's throw from the Hautes-Pyrénées ski resorts. In the heart of a small hamlet with typical charm, you will enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. Ideal starting point for hiking, biking, skiing (resorts less than 20 minutes away), or getaways to Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva (1 hour) or Lake Geneva (40 minutes).
