Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Hidden Gem is a delightful 3 bed house with a free off street parking space dedicated to guests and a private walled garden with Cathedral views. Just 5 minutes from Fisherton Street with it's many restaurants and the Playhouse, a 7 minute walk from the railway station and an easy 15 minute walk to the City's Market Square and Cathedral Close and all the city centre amenities. Waitrose and Sainsbury's supermarkets are both within walking distance as are a fine array of take away outlets.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

2nd and 3rd floor city centre apartment with far reaching views across the City to the Cathedral. Level walking distance of all local amenities including Arts Centre, pubs, restaurants, shops and cinema. The second floor comprises a kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms and shower room whilst all the third floor is a living room with glazed panels to one elevation. Well furnished and decorated throughout. New combi boiler. Unpleasant smell reported by some guests has been sorted.

2 private parking spaces and walk to city

A beautiful self contained end of terraced private house approx a 10-15 minute walk into Salisbury city centre, the cathedral and a very short walk from the train station. A 5 minute walk to the local supermarket Waitrose and other stores. Round the corner you can access the meadows which is a pleasant place for walking, from here you can walk all the way up to old Sarum. Stonehenge is approx a 15 min drive. There is parking at the rear of the property for 2 cars back to back.
