This is my first time to San Francisco and I was lucky to stay in Brenda's house. Everything is good and sweet. I like the location and the convenience of this area so I really want to go back again and again. Here is my only one choice!

Brenda is super welcoming and her apartment is gorgeous! I loved the location and Brenda's thoughtful travel advice.

Awesome host & place

Was my first experience in airbnb. Brenda is a great host, she is always worry about you are confortable in her home and have the best time in SFO with recommendations for food and experiences.

A lovely and hospitable place to stay.

Brenda was an amazing host. She goes out of her way to help her guests. I had a late check-in due to a late flight and Brenda stayed up to help me get settled in. The place was very clean and comfortable. Location was also very convenient

I enjoyed my stay at Brenda's place! She's very thoughtful. She asked me how I slept last night and what I was going to do every day. I also enjoyed the accompany of Boo (her dog) and Mumu (her cat). Location is perfect. It's convenient to get around. There are so many good restaurants close by. I will recommend her place to others.

Brenda was flexible, straight forward and respectful. The house photos are accurate.

Mike and Nic are charming and caring hosts. The accommodation is perfect for a couple. Everything is clean, good mattress, good hot water, good WiFi connection. Bernal Heights is a quiet residential area with a few local shops. The only downside for users of public transport, you will need to allow at least 45 min for a trip to the city center. Lovely, beautiful decorated, very private and cozy apartment in an excellent neighborhood. The communication with hosts was very efficient. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place was fantastic! The neighborhood was wonderful; we walked to breakfast every morning, and watched the sunset from the hill behind the house. Mike & Nic were out of town when we arrived but Chrissy took great care of us, and gave us a bunch of great tips for places to see/eat while we were in town! We couldn't figure out the gas fireplace the first night but Chrissy came right over and helped us. Loved this apartment, bigger than it looks in the ad and well-appointed, cozy, just all around a wonderful experience. We will definitely book this place the next time we visit San Francisco!

Perfect in every way. My two daughters and I stayed and this will be the only place we stay from now on.

Great location

Super cute space. Great location. Within walking distance to cute restaurants and coffee shops. Parking on the steep hill is a little challenging but you get the hang of it. Highly recommend!!

We’ve just returned from a 6 night stay at the Garden Retreat. It was a perfect location for us as it is a peaceful neighbourhood away from downtown, but all the sights were easily accessible by public transport - about 15 mins on the metro. Cole Valley is nearby with some great places to eat and it only takes 30 minutes to walk up to the Twin Peaks viewing point for unparalleled views of the city. Can’t recommend the area and the accommodation enough.

Sara is a great host, very flexible and easy to communicate with. The place is nice and clean with lots of great extra linens. Very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Sara's airbnb and I would definitely recommend. The location is so great for accessing Golden Gate Park and a quick commute downtown. Sara was a perfect host and we felt right at home in her cozy place. Will be back!

My partner and I had a great time here. Sara was very helpful and lovely. It's in a great location to explore San Francisco. It felt very private and safe staying here. There is so much to do and see in San Francisco we wanted to stay longer!

Beautiful place in the heart of SF. Close to everything. We would highly recommend.

Sarah's place is charming and quiet...facing a back garden with windows that open..a lovely gas fireplace in the living room..a bathroom that can be used by both the person in the bedroom and the person one the sofa bed. The location is really fun with shoes and places that are walkable. It worked well for me and my friend. She let us get in earlier in the day than check in time because we had luggage to store and that was so nice..

Sara was amazing, she helped us get to the place even during odd hours on a weekend.

I definitely recommend staying at Sara’s place. It’s a lovely apartment - very private, on a beautiful street of classic SF Victorian townhomes, a short walk to the fun Haight St shops and restaurants, a great market, and the beautiful Buena Vista and Golden Gate parks.

Amazing location and wonderful accommodations!

This suite was extremely charming. So many unexpected touches - super well stocked! (Fully stocked kitchen, toiletries, board games and cards, extra blankets, etc) It was very clean and comfortable. It got cold at times but we looked forward to the heated bed every night! Although the location was a bit far from downtown, the area felt safe and had lots of hidden gems nearby.. as well as an amazing view of the bridge from Baker beach! We’d definitely stay here again.

The location in perfect, near the parks, near the bridge, parking in the zone is not so dificult as the rest of the city, and you can go any where from there with the public transport. Dennis and his wife are present, and they re very helpful in everything. The room is confortable, and very nice decorated, and with a playgroung outside. Definitely the perfect choice for two people on San Francisco

We had a wonderful time in the appartment of Dennis in San Francisco. There are a few absolut wonderful Restaurants across the street and a market. There is also a laundry and a food-market with great breakfast in the neighborhood. The appartment was absolutely great and we felt right at home. The interior is made with so much love and its everything there, you need. I would say, it’s one of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I’ve ever been. There is the absolute amazing Baker Beach within 10 mins by foot, where you have a wonderfull view to the golden Gate Bridge. We would definitely come back!!!

What an amazing find! We loved the location--short walks to Baker beach and the Presidio, as well as great little spots like Pearl 6101. And the price can't be beat, especially for such an amazing space with everything you could want. Dennis is very responsive and has thought of everything you may need. Great spot for anyone wanting to spend time in this part of the City.

Amazing location we were able to get to all the places in the city on only 1-2 buses including SFO. Super quiet area. Everything you could need with a cafe, laundromat, pizza, bus stop and grocery store within 100 yards. Great selection of tea and coffee in the apt. Bed was super comfy. Very charming and S.F. Very spacious even though I had to duck a little.

This place is a sanctuary. So cool, peaceful and relaxing. Lots of space, short walk to an area of restaurants, yoga & cafe’s. Close to beach and park too. Loved staying here and will definitely book again.

Great place for a solo traveler or couple. The space was clean and the hosts were very friendly.

Stay of a month in this pretty little apartment located under that of the guests, recommended for 2 (privacy limited to 4 since the sofa bed is a few meters from the bed). Near a Safeway, rather cute and very nice area for a long stay (close to the beach, near the Golden Gate Park, no homeless, it feels very safe). Adorable and attentive hosts, they have solved all the worries that we have encountered (breakdown of heating, need to borrow their number for a delivery of food ...) in a very fast time! The only real flaw in our opinion, parking is more difficult than it seems to be in the ad, in any case in general it's true that it is easy to find a place in the day, but it gets harder and harder as the clock ticks on, so be prepared to turn in a lot of streets if you come back late in the week. Advantage nonetheless, the parking is completely free, just pay attention to weekly or monthly street cleaning but it is very well indicated on the panels.

Josh and Lizzie were amazing hosts! Very responsive and accomodating. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots to do around the corner on Balboa. Buses are convenient and take about 30mins to downtown.

Josh was a great host, very helpful. He addressed all my questions and needs in a prompt manner. Flat is nicelly equipped and very cosy. Has beautiful garden. Location is great for people who lobe peace and quiet, nature ans ocean. Well connected with down town SFO. Beach is beautiful. Must try - devils teeth bakery and java beach coffee shop. We were lucky enough to spend two whole months living in Josh and Lizzie’s 'Beautiful Beachside Home' and it is just a beautiful as the photo’s suggest. It is a great space, bigger than we imagined and in May and June the garden was beautiful with all of the plants in bloom. When the sun is shinning the garden is a real sun trap with protection from the wind that sometimes comes from the sea, which is only a few blocks away. The location is excellent, with not just the beach on your doorstep but also Golden Gate Park, Sutro Heights/Baths, Seal Rock and Lands End a short walk away. In fact if like us you love to just stare are the Golden Gate Bridge then there is a great view of that from Lands End just 10/15 minutes walk away. The neighbourhood facilities only a short walk away in Balboa Street are excellent, with many varied resturant options to suit every budget and having a cinema on your doorstep was really special. Look out for the classic Thursday movies which include old favourites and movies you might have missed on their first release. The monthly theme is usually the director of the movies. We spent our two months here without a car! The bus services are excellent and great value (use the MUNI App) as is UBER and if you don’t mind walking there is so much more to see as you explore the different neighbourhoods San Francisco has to offer. Josh and Lizzie are the perfect hosts, never obtrusive but always there when you need them, they made us feel very welcome and at home. We would have no hesitation in staying here again it was so much better than staying in a hotel downtown. We felt like we really got to know San Francisco and this was probably our 5th of 6th visit in 25 years.

Josh and Lizzie's place was exactly as advertised. Would absolutely stay there again.

This spot is perfect for a visit to the city of San Francisco. The en suite room has all the amenities you'll need, and everything is spotless. Jeff and Mike are incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the space is comfortable and cozy. Jeff and Mike gave lots of recommendations before I arrived and also pointed me to terrific dining areas just around the corner once I was ready to explore. The space is safe for a woman traveling alone, and the hosts are very quick to respond to any request or query. I would return to this location without hesitation. Thank you, Jeff and Mike!

This place is exactly what I was looking for - perfectly located near shops and restaurants, and an easy walk to the Presidio for breathtaking views. Jeffrey provided a list of recommended places to eat, as well as several resources to find out what was happening in the city during our stay. The room was immaculate. Very modern and stylish with a private bathroom that was also sparkling clean. I appreciated the little extras too, like water bottles in the fridge and shampoo & conditioner in the bath. Towels were fresh & soft (luxury hotel quality grade). All these touches made our stay just perfect. I was would stay again in a heartbeat!

I was fortunate enough to live in Blair's apartment for the past year. The apartment is stylish, chic and well equipped. The location cannot be beat with fabulous Filmore and Union Streets just blocks away. Blair responded immediately to any questions or issues I had. She is also super nice and super helpful! Staying in Blair's apartment was a very positive experience. I was sad to say goodbye!

Blair's home was well above what we could have ever hoped for. The place was very stylish, welcoming and in a great location. She was extremely responsive to all our questions and made our stay a real pleasure. Can't recommend more her place!

We were fortunate enough to stay in Blair’s apartment for 5 months. It was absolutely perfect. The apartment is stylishly furnishes with everything we needed for a long term stay. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Furthermore, the location is perfect. You have easy access to the best part of the city (in my opinion). A quick walk to Fillmore street as well as Union, Chestnut and Polk. We will would stay again in a heartbeat.

This is an incredible place to stay in the heart of Pac Heights. Just steps from Filmore St. with tons of bustling restos, shops, and cafés. We loved the dramatic views down the hills surrounding Blair's place. The apartment is incredibly stylish and the perfect size for a couple. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

If I had to choose between great hosts and great apartment, I would choose the first. But imagine if you would not have to make compromise and you could have both hosts and a wonderful place to live. Actually, there is no need to imagine this scenario: simply contact Graciela and Carlos. I can only reinforce what is already written in previous reviews: Graciela and Carlos are a wonderful couple who will do everything in their power to make your stay as comfortable as possible in their studio(s). As a matter of fact, my impression is that they will gladly run the extra mile in order to help. The apartment is one of the best ones I have ever lived in (and I have lived in many apartments and houses throughout 10 countries of Europe and Asia). I know where I will want to stay next time I come to San Francisco. To wrap it up, I can wholeheartedly recommend any of their apartments (even though I lived in only one). By having great and caring hosts like Graciela and Carlos, the only thing you need to "worry about" is to enjoy your stay in this wonderful city.

Carlos is a great host! He gives a proper and thorough orientation to the building and the condo! He shows you how to access the “other” building, and I’m so glad he did! One day the elevator was closed to the garage for “moving” and I had to enter the other building to get into the garage to get my car. I wouldn’t have known what to do if Carlos hadn’t shown me that other buildings access to the garage (there is no on sight office here as it’s not an apartment complex). The place was white glove clean! I love the decor! Carlos was quick to respond to any communication efforts. I would love to stay here again!

It’s a smaller place but it’s a great location in Chinatown. The room is very clean and cozy and the employees are super friendly. This place was exactly what I was looking for.

Grant Plaza is located in SF Chinatown a block from Dragon's Gate. The area around it is nice, and i never felt unsafe. For the price, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Some street noise, but its SF.... Staff was friendly, the room and common areas were well lit.

David’s place is amazing. If you want private bathroom, shower, entrance, kitchen, and etc. there are all at David’s place. Place is clean and comfortable. There is nothing more I can ask about the place. 15-20mins by car driving to downtown. Probably better to get Uber around the place. It would probably be 20-30dollars depends on where in town you want to go.

Everything is really what it looks like in the pictures loved everything about it, it was very cute and home like also clean and came with everything you needed just in case you forgot something at home.

This is a gem of a place if you are looking for something outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s fairly close to the freeway, but the noise was soft at night and it was nice to be able to Uber into the city on a whim. The bed is luxuriously comfortable! 10/10 would recommend.

Hotel Whitcomb was all that I had hoped it would be. Elegant and historic - such an amazing place. The room had high ceilings and felt very comfortable. Loved the decor. Highly recommend if you enjoy staying in unique places. If you want modern cookie-cutter, then HW is not for you. I loved it very much.

This hotel is super conveniently located, the staff was incredibly helpful, they moved us into a bigger room and made sure we were comfortable. The cafe was tasty. Definitely would stay again when we come back!

My wife and I loved our stay. We got to enjoy the beautiful hotel and even learned some history about the hotel itself. The front desk was very hospitable and made us feel right at home for the evening. The room we had was great. A++++

I would recommend staying here if you want to save money compared to other expensive San Francisco hotel rates. We stayed in room 251 and the hotel room photos were fairly accurate. Bathroom may be slightly older. The room was clean and staff were nice. Not sure why they are rated poorly on airbnb and google. Because it's San Francisco and there can be additional fees and taxes, I messaged and clarified what the total fees and taxes would be via airbnb messaging. Management did confirm total cost which was very nice. They accidentally charged our card upon checkout however we received the money back a week later. They sometimes host events in their halls so be sure to confirm this prior to booking. We had a Salsa Dancing 2-day event during our stay. You can hear people laughing in the hall but we didn't mind it too much. The hotel cleaning staff were nice and provided us with bathroom supplies that we forgot to pack.

If your looking for that old San Francisco feel with the modern touch this place is the place to be at. Great hospitality; thanks Alberto for the recommendations and quick and easy check in process. Fisherman’s Wharf, Castro, Union Square, Lombard Street and the Golden Gate Bridge are all a hop and a skip away. I’m very happy i ended up choosing to stay at Hotel Whitcomb. Definitely planning to stay here again on my next visit.

Exceptional location close to all the places to visit. Free street parking exceptional for a city like San Francisco. Apartment located in a quiet street and above all very steep which makes it charming. Ideal for a couple there was all the equipment we need. Insulation with the apartment above to review. Wonderful place to stay! No tv and it gets a bit cold at night but it is perfect for 1-2 people! Arcene is so friendly and made check in super easy. High recommend!

If you are into watching t.v. when relaxing, bring a lap top to watch movies or etc., otherwise there's plenty of interesting books to read. The street is steep, but an amazing workout, & amazing view for a night time stroll.

Perfect! Completely self-serve, but the host is super helpful and communicative via messages (or sticky notes throughout the studio). Great location, nice neighborhood, and nearby bus line takes you to the Caltrain or BART metro to downtown within an hour. Very nice place.

Clean and cozy place

An absolutely charming small space in a great SF neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable, and cozy.

Jan and Bernard are the most caring hosts I've had so far using Airbnb. They checked in every now and then to ensure my experience was remarkable. The studio has all the amenities you could need for every day things. It was very convenient to have a Safeway so close to the area.

This is clearly the best place to stay in SF !

Jan and Bernard’s rental is excellent and highly recommended. It comes well stocked. The location is great, near Bart and many fine restaurants. We enjoyed hiking up to the top of Bernal Park daily. J&B were very quick to answer any text questions we had. If you need a long term rental you won’t find a better value in SF.

I stayed for a month and really loved my stay. The flat was compact, yet very efficient and looked and felt spacious. I was concerned about having the bed so close to the fridge, but it was a very quiet fridge. Everything was so comfortable about the space. The walk through the neighborhood was always enjoyable. I commuted everyday via a walk to the 24th and Mission Street BART stop and then it was only 3 quick stops to Market and Powell Streets. Nearby on Mission, I enjoyed a few nightly stops at great neighborhood bars - Virgil's and The Royal Cuckoo. And Safeway was a short walk- with great views on the way back home. Thanks Jan and Bernard for a wonderful stay. I wish I had San Francisco on my schedule again soon...but you'll certainly hear from me again someday.

Great studio, well decorated and cared for. Jan is a terrific host and very responsive to questions and concerns.

Spent a month at this studio and everything was phenomenal. Jar of cookies waiting for me at my arrival, after my own heart for sure! Very clean, very functional space. Having a private dishwasher and washer/dryer is a touch of class I'm typically not graced with! Location great as well. Nice quiet neighborhood, but steps away from the essentials: grocer, convenience store, drug store not to mention all the wonders of Mission and Valencia mere blocks away. Had a great time and Jan made everything easy. Cheers!

The apartment is very comfortable. everything is thought out to the smallest detail, in the kitchen there is absolutely everything necessary for cooking. very cool that the washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The apartment is clean and cozy. next to an incredible park, from which a beautiful view of the city. Thank you Jan and Bernard for everything:)

Good place to stay in SF. In the city but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Good access to public transit. Easy check in. Clean. Would recommend for most travelers, especially those who plan to be out and about most of the time. Good value.

This is a great place with close proximity to many of the famous attractions in San Francisco. The space is very quiet and has a pretty view into the garden. Parking can be a challenge after 6pm and I very much appreciated Su noting that and recommending parking a block and a half away by the park. I wish I could have stayed and enjoyed the relaxing space longer.

As a solo-female traveler this space was perfect! Very safe, quiet, and in a wonderful neighborhood right near some great restaurants and the Golden Gate Park!

Su and Phil’s place is excellent. It is perfectly located, being only a couple of blocks south of Golden Gate State Park, and a relatively short walk away from Haight and Ashbury. The local neighbourhood has lovely shops, cafes and restaurants too. The apartment itself is perfect for a short stay. There is an airy lounge, and a small but fully functional kitchen. The price is good, given the location, and Su and Phil are excellent, friendly, responsive hosts. Highly recommended!

Comfortable stay and place. Easy to find and easy to get in and communicate with the host.

The MulkHouse was amazing. It was just right for us. We felt like we were at home. Colleen had very quick responses and also allowed us a late check out, which was great. It's very conveniently located near the Muni Transit line. The bed was super soft. They stocked the fridge with snacks and waters. I would definitely recommend the location. The were the best host. I am looking forward to booking again on my next trip to SF.

This was best experience I’ve ever had at an air B and B. The room was clean, Colleen has been an outstanding host. The space is so cute. There are many thoughtful touches she added to make it feel homey. I will absolutely be back.

The Mulk Place was a cool little room that felt like a retreat from the busy city. It was quiet in the mornings and the nights, will definitely try to come back soon!

Nice place in Castro.. had no problem to travel around the city. We stayed for 7nights, and we were pleased. There are 2 adorable huge cat.. which we loved. You can also meet raccoons at the balcony ! they understand english apparently... Anyway, we had a great time in SF and this house was part of it.

The location is great and Stephen is a really communicative and helpful host. The library room was quaint and the perfect rest spot between sightseeing around San Francisco. Would highly recommend to anyone staying here for a few days and looking for a charming central location!

It’s a lovely space charming as it is. Cats are fluffy and quiet. Super convenience transportation and food and market are within walkable distance. You can see raccoons in the backyard. Stephen is very careful too, thanks for hosting! I quite enjoy the experience here.

The Library room is amazing; appreciation for cats a must! Stephen was incredibly patient with my last minute travel issues. And as a thoughtful touch, he'd saved a recent newspaper review of a play I was in town to see. Had it waiting for me in the room :-)

Very good stay in a typical San Francisco accommodation. Certainly a bit old but very well. Host welcoming, easy to contact and good advice. To note the presence of 2 charming cats for those that it could annoy. Wonderful stay in a typical San Francisco home. Some parts may be a bit old but that's part of the charm. The hill is huge. If you have a lot of heavy luggage, you may need a car. Everything else was good. The host was very careful to relax and the two cats were so cute.

We had a great time at Michelle’s house! Her house is super cute and we loved the location. It was quiet, scenic and had easy accesss to other parts of the city. We were very comfortable and Michelle was super accommodating. It was a nice peaceful place to return to after a busy day in the city. Michelle is an awesome host. We had everything we needed and felt at ease and inspired in her family friendly space. it was not in the hustle and bustle of downtown SF but close enough by car to go anywhere and 10-15 min away from the airport. The additional mattress was only equipped with a thin layer of blankets, which was not found during the day, and at night it was directly frozen to death because of no heater. In the end, it would only be one night. In addition, the landlord got up very early. She wrote it herself. It was true. If you need to get up late, please consider carefully.

I loved staying here. The bed was very comfortable. Blackout curtains are always a good idea. The bathroom is stunning and spacious. The view and the deck are just fantastic. The neighborhood was super charming and close to some great restaurants and lots of parks. Having access to laundry is great. A kitchenette is all we needed. I mean, I'd live here.

Fabulous location close to restaurants and public transport highly recommended

Kelly was a super helpful and understanding host! The place was spotless and very stylish, even better in person than in the photos. Kelly offered complete privacy yet was quick to answer any questions or concerns. My guest and I walked about 2 blocks from the place and found an amazing ramen place (Ushi Taro), unique pin shop (Oriental Art Gallery), and even visited the Green Apple bookstore, all of which were within a 10 minute walking distance. The outside deck was also very convenient for my guest to enjoy late at night while I slept. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable! Would book again!

This stylish modern unit is well-described in the listing and other reviews. It is quiet; the bed is very comfortable; it was perfectly clean. I'll just mention a few things I didn't notice in other reviews that may be important to some people. 1. The unit is up two flights of stairs from the street. 2. The kitchenette just has a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. 3. The forced-air heat is loud, and is controlled from Kelly's apartment. When we were there the controls did not work properly, despite Kelly's best efforts. I suggest checking with Kelly that it has been fixed, and clearly communicating your wishes. If you'd rather not have the heat come on when you're sleeping, let Kelly know. 4. The mechanism that raises and lowers the blinds on the sliding glass door to the balcony was broken. Replacement parts were on order. I suggest checking with Kelly that it has been fixed.

Great place! Very quiet and comfortable. So nice to stay in a neighborhood vs. downtown on business. Can walk to a market, coffee shop, and restaurants. The bed is super comfy and it had all the basics you need. Plus, a good blow dryer, curling and straightening iron! Would definitely stay again!

Heather was an incredible host! The Airbnb was above & beyond what we were expecting. The location was absolutely amazing! So close to coffee shops, restaurants, & of course the ocean - it's right there!!! The place was very cozy with thoughtful touches & details throughout to make our stay more comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. There are parks almost right out the front door for excellent running. Golden Gate Park takes you right to the ocean. Josh is an easy communicator and the small, cozy room is comfortable.

Great location off Haight Street in the heart of the neighborhood. Easy walk from bus stop thru a beautiful park. My room was cozy tiny but the price was right and it was just me so I have no complaints. Bathroom was clean and stocked with soap, etc. MAYBE a kuerig in the entryway would be a nice touch? But really I had no complaints and would stay again.

The apartment is very well located, only several minutes from a Bart station and it locates in the center of mission district. You don't feel that safe with many homeless people on the street as many parts in SF. The room is as described and warm with a small heater. As mentioned in the description, the room has large windows by the street. So light sleeper will have trouble. Pete was super responsive and nice.

Upon arriving at the airbnb, I followed instructions, quickly accessed the keys and was greeted by wonderful incense scents in my room. Great location, splendid hosts that really gave me room to breathe and a nice room with nice little touches. Ivan and Pete were fantastic hosts.

My husband and I came to San Francisco to celebrate Valentine’s Day and my 30th birthday. Our original reservation was cancelled due to some technicalities. Tyler’s home was offered and in hindsight worked out better than our original booking. The home was so cute and cozy. We enjoyed the decor and the amenities. Tyler was a very thoughtful and considerate host. One of the most notable things is the cleanliness. Everything was clean and smelled so fresh. The home is located near all the cute restaurants and stores in town. We definitely recommend this home. We had such an amazing time bringing on my 30th birthday. Thank you Tyler!

This was a great place. Spectacularly clean and a beautiful apartment. Virtually everything that one can think of was provided. Excellent location. The host was very responsive.

Check in is very convenient, parking is very convenient before 5pm near the house. Very close to Golden Gate Park. Tyler was welcoming and the room was clean.

This place is fantastic, in a great location close to the park and beach. It's just as pictured, well furnished, clean, and comfortable. Tyler is a great host, he provided a nice notebook with tips for the area and is very responsive to all communication. It was raining while we were there, so glad to find an umbrella to use in the closet - he really tries to provide every thing to assist his guests. Would stay again if return to SF.

Very clean. Top notch amenities. Locations is perfect. Do know that the you’ll have to climb some up hill roads to get to the unit. If you have heavy bags, you might want to Uber or Lyft. Great place overall

We stayed for three nights and had a good time. Communication and check-in were excellent and easy, everything was very clean all the time!

Staying here was an absolute perfect situation. We preferred an Uber into the city, but it was close enough where this wasn't an issue / expensive at all. Kryslyn and Sean were extremely helpful and responsive, and the place was professionally run, able to cater easily to a full-house of guests, and we had no issues whatsoever. Amazing view on that backporch. Definitely worth staying if you're looking to stay in San Fran without breaking the bank!

The place was better than I expected, definitely loved the balcony view. All needed amenities where there and the place was overall very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I had a short trip to San Fransisco. This Air BnB was perfect for us. The location was no longer than 20-25 minutes from anywhere we wanted to visit. The home was clean and we felt safe being there. The home was shared with others but it was still quiet and comfortable. If we venture back to San Fran we’d book this place again in a heart beat.

Great spot with a lot of spots to eat nearby. Tato (Taco spot) and Breakfast at Tiffany’s were good eateries. Parking was easy and beds were comfy.

Thank you, Budi. Perfect location near Golden Gate Park and Golden Gate Bridge. The room is big and the bed was wonderful. Sheets, pillows, covers were high quality and so very soft. Slept wonderfully. Parking was splendid. Budi was attentive and very kind. Pat sat down for breakfast with us and told us where to go and what to look out for. We forgot a toy under the sheets. Budi texted me about it and will be mailing out. My son loves that little dragon! How thoughtful of them to keep it and contact me rather than throw it away. Just an example of the kind of people Budi and Pat are. Lovely, kind souls.

I was only here for one short night. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was shared, as described. Budi was very welcoming and the place was very conveniently located.

Just remember the room 316, reminds me John 3:16. Seems the cheapest room that you can get in the downtown. A life saving for all of you like me who come to the US and start as an immigrant. I booked the room for 41 days and exactly a week before I checked out I got a job offer and start to move to nearby my office location. What amazed me is the price, no other can beat for this room, unit 316. With such a great location in downtown just a 1 minute walk to union square and close to everything, Bart station, shopping center, you name it, I have no any complaint. I can't figure out why the other rooms has much higher price than this one. But it would be different topic. Good luck!

Angela’s place is located on a quiet street in the cutest neighborhood. It has lots of thoughtful touches and perfect for a solo traveler or an intimate couple. You can hear some movement from above, but it was not bothersome to us. I also enjoyed how clean the space was. I would definitely return here.

Beautiful and comfortable place in Bernal heights with some great views. Great value for SF. Not great if you want to cook full meals or have trouble with hills and don’t want to drive or take ubers. Otherwise highly recommended!

Angela’s place was perfect for me and my boyfriends quick vacation to the city. It was super charming and the location was amazing. The layout was super efficient and the bed was soooo comfortable. We had no trouble parking and could easily walk to some of our favorite restaurants/bars in the mission district. Angela was extremely helpful and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely love to stay there again!

Angela's place was spotless, tasteful, easy to check in and out of, and thoughtful at every turn. I highly recommend this spot. The only things I wish were different was the noise from above (footsteps woke me early in the morning) and a very odd smell that permeated the room a bit in the early morning as well. Not enough to keep me from recommending it though. Too many great touches and thoughtful amenities.

The apartment is stylish and clean, and the local area (Bernal Heights) is really nice with some nice restaurants, cafes and shops. Angela’s local tips are excellent and I would recommend trying some of the restaurants and places that she mentions. The only downside for me was that it’s quite hard to get fresh air into the apartment without leaving the front door open, and there isn’t much natural light. Apart from that, I loved my stay!

We LOVED staying here! The area was great! The studio was spotless! We loved the atmosphere! The only problem we had was the upstairs tenants. We could hear almost every word they said, ever step they took, and ever loud thing they dropped! I am a very light sleeper so they woke me up many times throughout the night. The area was fantastic the studio had GREAT ideas for places to go! The studio was EXTREMELY clean and decorated so stylishly! We loved our stay! If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs :) !!!! I highly recommend this place!

Carrie was a great host, easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. The apartment is in a great location in North Beach. It is close to the piers and a short walk to Chinatown. Downtown SF and Japantown are fairly close by car or public transport too.

Amazing space in the heart of it all! We loved the location and felt very safe. We could easily walk anywhere we wanted to see and although there is no designated parking, we managed to find spots throughout our stay with a little work. It was so much fun, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Loved it!

We had a wonderful time at Phil and Su’s place. It was comfortable and peaceful and had everything we needed. We hope to make it our regular place whenever we come to SF. We especially loved the location just up the hill from West Portal, a charming small neighborhood where we went for breakfast every day (and some lunches). We felt almost instantly at home here. We used to live in San Francisco and fell in love with it again on this visit thanks to our great experience at this air B and B.

I had such a lovely stay at Phil & Su! The location is fantastic. The commute to my office in FiDi was very easy. The area is safe and clean (unlike some of SF). The place looks great and has all the amenities you might need. Shops, restaurants nearby. I had no car and everything was easy to reach. Hosts are very responsive, but you have your privacy. The bed was the most comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. :)
