Lovely and fantastic place! It has all the amenities you would need. The complimentary food and coffee were great. The bedrooms and living rooms gave a warm and homely vibe with some home plants. The linens were clean. The highlight is the bathroom with clean and sparkling surface. Good shower pressure. Lovely gesture providing individual shower bottles and shampoo for all the guests. Location is great, close to Morrisons if you need groceries or petrol, and only 15-20 min walk to the city centre and riverside walk. I like having a dedicated parking space too! Overall, it’s been a great stay.

The cottage is lovely with beautiful surroundings. The living room in particular is stunning. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space. Our eldest (11) loved the loft bedroom. Instructions from Liz were excellent and using what3words we found the cottage with no issues. The area is gorgeous and we saw lots of wildlife on the way which was great. The cottage is about an hour away from the centre of Edinburgh, so it’s ideal if you’re wanting to visit Edinburgh but stay away from the noise of a city. This was an amazing place for us to stay as an extended family. There were nine of us, plus two dogs, and we rented the Doocot and the Lodge in the grounds. It is located right up in the hills and was blissfully remote yet easily accessible to the A90 to Perth and Dundee. The house itself was very comfortable and exactly as described. The sitting room was amazing with its enormously high ceilings, plenty of squishy sofas and a piano. There was also a Smart TV. For us, the best feature was the enormous dining table which easily seated us all and could have taken several other people too. We had lovely meals together all round the table. It was really memorable. The bathrooms were clean and new. The roll top bath was lovely and super to soak in. Check in, host communications etc were all super easy and they even helped us to have a hot tub ready for our arrival from Fife Hot Tub Hire. All in all, would highly recommend to people looking for a comfortable break away in the hills.

Lily and John are wonderful hosts. On arrival we noticed lots of very thoughtful touches that made us feel very welcome. A few examples - fresh flowers in a vase and lovely fresh fruit in a bowl. The apartment is very well equipped and beautifully furnished. We have never stayed in a cleaner place...it is absolutely spotless. There is free off road, parking on the premises. It's also a perfect base to explore Inverness, Loch Ness and the Culloden Battlefield. We highly recommend Lily and John's apartment, it's absolutely perfect. Spacious, clean and well equipped for the two of us. Great location to use as a base for exploring Glen Affric. Good outdoor space and bike facilities very good including a hose. Vince was very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay at Gleneden. The house was lovely, clean and had everything you would need for a break away. We arrived to a complimentary picnic basket with a few items which was an unexpected surprise. Gayles communication about location, directions and local amenities were spot on. Gayle was very responsive and available to ask any questions wether it was in a message or a phone call. We would definitely stay again and have no qualms about recommending this airbnb

Everything was just as we had expected from the listing. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems. Very comfortable overall.

We enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing stay at the Farmhouse. It was so lovely to wake up and see sheep and pheasants right outside our window each morning and the views were stunning. Plenty of parking next to the house. The house was clean, well equiped and tastefully decorated. We appreciated the shortbread left out for us but do remember to bring your own tea / coffee supplies and milk. There is a Spar in the village or a big Co-op in Pitlochry, also House of Bruar just along the road. The hosts were friendly and responsive when we had questions. We would recommend the Fish and Chips and Watermill Cafe in nearby Blair Atholl. The kids also enjoyed the putting green in Pitlochry. Lots to do in the area. Overall, a lovely base for a relaxing family holiday.

the house is very comfortable, clean and has all the amenities you need for a perfect holiday. Veronica is a great host and the farm with animals is an added advantage if you are travelling with kids. Highly recommended 👌
