From the private, rural setting to the rustic decor, you'll feel as though you've traveled back to simpler times. It's unique, refreshing and oh-so tranquil. The Airy Aerie: Owners' Club access, golf nearby!

Welcome to the Airy Aerie: an avian themed townhome in the heart of the Galena Territory. Our space has been carefully curated to reflect the diversity of birds you will find in the natural surroundings of the area. There are two ensuite bedrooms and a full kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a loft space upstairs where a rollout twin bed can be set up. Our home can accommodate a maximum of 6 overnight guests (assuming 1 person on the twin rollout bed).

Not suitable for children under 12, we strictly enforce no children and no pets. Outdoor relaxing space, gas grill. Fully stocked cabin, with breakfast items included for you to enjoy at your leisure.

This cabin sits DIRECTLY in the water and has amazing views of the water You can even fish right off your deck! Enjoy the nature around you while sitting on your private floating deck, or snuggle up inside in front of the electric fireplace and Smart TV. This cabin features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a pull out couch in the living room. Our rental is located at Millennium Marina.

Ulysses Suites, Suite 203

Ulysses Suites has just been completed inside the historic J. G. Schmohl building in the heart of downtown Galena, located at 213 to 217 S. Main Street. The location is walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops. We have 7 suites and a beautiful lobby that are modern and luxurious, with lots of historical character and texture as a nod to its previous existence as the Grant Hotel from 1895 to 1933. Suite 203 is almost 1400 square feet and is located on the 2nd floor.

Galena Country Getaway

Brick walkway leads to the cedar deck with Adirondack chairs overlooking the large backyard. Enjoy dinner out on the deck and roast marshmallows over a bonfire at the firepit. The dark sky provides excellent stargazing. Kitchen features full-sized refrigerator, cooking utensils and a variety of spices. Spacious bathroom with a waterfall-style shower. Carpeted loft includes a sleep number queen sized bed and two twin beds. Close to Historic Galena & Apple Canyon State Park

Hamilton Goebel House

This house is a historic home that was built in 1833 on land owned by Jamison Hamilton, the founder of Darlington. It is not known if he actually lived in the house,but could be assumed. During your stay you will find bits of history and pictures that have been gathered along the way.It has all the comforts of home. A beautiful four bedroom home that has been completely renovated to reflect the old and new times. This home was on the list to be torn down by the city.

The Old Farmhouse

The old farmhouse is located on a quiet, dead-end road. It sits on top of a picturesque hill surrounded by rolling farmland. The Pecatonica river surrounds the farm on three sides. The farmhouse is the perfect place for quiet time and relaxation. The Farmhouse was built in 1914. It still has the original woodwork, and beautiful hardwood floors. Sit on the porch or sit around the fire pit and enjoy the beautiful fall foliage.
