Waterfront Guesthouse II on the Rappahannock

The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

Historic St. Mary's City, MD

1,000 square foot two-bedroom, one bath waterfront apartment features separate entrance and a screened-in porch overlooking the St. Mary’s River. Property has a large dock and a small private beach. Jellyfish, crabs, and oysters make swimming challenging, although many swim off the dock in the deeper water. No Diving! Dogs are welcome. We just ask that they be on a leash. The apartment is attached to part of the house where we reside, although it is sealed off and nothing is shared.

The cottage is located near "downtown" Reedville and provides a clean, comfortable and economical getaway. Come and enjoy water related activities and beautiful sights of Virginia's Northern Neck and the Chesapeake Bay. Tour the Watermen's Museum; cruise across the Chesapeake Bay to Tangier Island; walk, bike or kayak around Reedville, take a fishing charter or launch your boat nearby; enjoy great waterfront seafood restaurants; or just relax with a book.

The Serenity House

Regenerate at the Serenity House! Second floor apartment; three spacious queen bedrooms with SmartTV, equipped kitchenette, work space with WiFi, mudroom and laundry on the first floor. This tiny home is a newly renovated cabana sitting on a pier. Fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing under you! When the tide is not too high there is a small beach. Bikes are available and are stored directly across the street. Go crabbing or fishing off the pier and walk to one of the many nearby restaurants. Check out the summer concert series at the Calvert Marine Museum.

Levering Creek Cottage with private dock

Levering Creek Cottage is a waterfront property with a deep water dock that you can see from the back door. We are located on Levering Creek where you can sit on the dock watching watermen arrive with their daily catch, see nesting bald eagles, watch beautiful sunrise, fish and crab. We are also just steps away from most everything including the ferry.
