Walking distance to traditional market, Zhongyi night market and park, the surrounding lifestyle is perfect, downstairs is the bus stop and U Bike, 1 km from the communication trail, and 1 km from the A22 station, this unique location makes it easy to arrange your trip.The basement can be rented for a flat car space, which costs 100 yuan every 24 hours to solve your trouble with parking.The elevator building is accessible 24 hours a day.Convenient place to go. Private bathroom, double bed plus a sofa bed, can accommodate up to four guests (two guests do not add a price, start to the third person, plus 200 yuan per person). Excellent lighting and ventilation, with exterior view windows. On this floor there is a simple kitchen with utensils. There are three washing machines on the same floor and there is a clothes drying area.

**Apartment is at 4th floor without elevator.** ***The Bathroom Have NO Door*** *5-7 minutes walking distance to ShuLin Train station. ("Shulin" is Not "Shilin", those are two different places.) *Privacy - No space sharing. *Convenient store is just next door. *55 inch LCD TV at living room with Nexflix. *Free High Speed WIFI internet *Hot tub is OUT OF ORDER due to water leaking problem, there is no plan to fix it, we put a washing machine in it.
