Luxury vacation villa located in the beautiful beaches of Tijuana, just 15 minutes from the San Diego border and 20 minutes from Rosarito. Check in 1 pm Check-out 11 a.m. Guest limit 13, you can book up to 16 guests but it would be your decision where and how they would sleep. Additional guests US$10 We care for and respect our neighbours' night, so if we receive noise complaints you will be fined $200 USD or you will be removed from the accommodation Quiet time begins at 11pm
