In a quiet residence, 50 m2 duplex apartment with a superb sea view in Tiuccia (25 min Ajaccio) The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning and has been recently refurbished, it has all the necessary comforts (equipped kitchen, washing machine, internet) for a pleasant stay. Close to the beaches (3 min by car), you can discover the region (Scandola reserve, Cargèse, Piana and many other sites). The apartment is non-smoking. No pets allowed.

Tiuccia is a seaside village that depends on the municipality of Casaglione and is about 30 minutes from Ajaccio, about 10 minutes from Sagone and its beautiful azure beaches.
