Very nice duplex apartment for 4 people in Tiuccia

In a quiet residence, 50 m2 duplex apartment with a superb sea view in Tiuccia (25 min Ajaccio) The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning and has been recently refurbished, it has all the necessary comforts (equipped kitchen, washing machine, internet) for a pleasant stay. Close to the beaches (3 min by car), you can discover the region (Scandola reserve, Cargèse, Piana and many other sites). The apartment is non-smoking. No pets allowed.

Vacation apartment, renovated in 2024, in the village of Tiuccia (30 minutes from Ajaccio) 400 m from the beach and shops (bakery, butcher-delicatessen, restaurants). It has a large terrace with sea view. Tiuccia is a small peaceful seaside village with its long beaches and is a perfect starting point for excursions (Calanques de Piana, Lac de Créno, Iles Sanguinaires, waterfall...), with water or equestrian activities nearby.

A refreshing swimming pool is set within a sunlit outdoor area, surrounded by lush greenery. The view includes rolling hills and a glimpse of the coastline in the distance. White lounge chairs offer a comfortable spot for relaxation by the water's edge.
