For you avid fishermen/women you can expect to catch catfish, gar, carp and even redfish and black drum! Close to beautiful Rockport Texas, a tourist favorite!

Cabin by the Bay is a cozy, comfortable get away located in Goose Island State Park. Sleeps 4 people with a full kitchen and amenities. Friendly neighbors are helpful and knowledgeable about the area or you can go online to find restaurants and events. There are many outdoor activities in Lamar and Rockport ie., fishing, bird watching, going to the beach,shopping, etc. Local festivities include Sea Fair, Oyster Fest, Market Days, Lamardi Gras and more.
