You will be able to enjoy a modern, comfortable, newly remodelled, cozy apartment close to the centre of the capital of the north of Iceland. There are endless possibilities to explore all that our amazing nature has to offer for example; whale watching, Blue Lagoon in Myvatnssveit, Godafoss and in the autumn and winter experience the crazy aurora borealis and you can even take a beer bath at Arskogssandur. In the winter Akureyri is a winter sport town with a fabulous ski mountain Hlidarfjall.

Charming rural cabin for couples, outdoor shower

Registered number:- HG-00020047. The cabin is 15 m2 and is a hidden nugget in our garden overlooking the fjord opposite Akureyri. The cabin was completed in April 2020. There is a kitchenette with a kettle, microwave and fridge. The WC is separate inside with a hand basin. The cabin is private and there is a half wrap around deck to enjoy the evening views and midnight skies. There is an outside shower with hot water for a natural experience. All products in the cabin are fragrance-free.

Modern cottage in beautiful surroundings.

The house is beautifully located in Hjalteyri. From the house there is a stunning view over the fiord, with both mountains and water in sight. The inside of the house is bright, because of the big windows and light colors inside. The house is located a 20 minutes drive from both Akureyri and Dalvík - two larger cities. Hope you will enjoy our cottage house and its surroundings. Hjalteyri offers a restaurant, art gallery and a public hot tub by the ocean.
