Enjoy peace in a 40-square-metre small home. Ready-made beds and blackout rooms. The heating in the cottage can be adjusted with electricity or fireplaces. In the yard sauna, a hot shower and ready firewood for heating the stove. You can heat your own meals in the kitchen corner. Great instructions for all activities. Pet fee €10. Easy departure cleaning =just your own marks off. NOTE: Pet household, wood heating and old cottage can cause symptoms for sensitive people. Stairs and uneven yard can make it difficult to exercise :(

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Cozy and tidy studio of 26 square meters in an apartment building built in the center of Kajaani in the '70s, within walking distance of services. The house has an elevator. The apartment has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and necessary dishes. There is no dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment has a 120cm wide double bed. Bath area with shower and toilet. The balcony is glazed. Peaceful condominium with silence at 10pm. No smoking on the balcony as well.
