A 2022 house situated in an exceptional setting alongside a ‘voie douce’, the former route of a railway line connecting Privas to the right bank of the Rhône and continuing as the Via-Rhôna, which links the Mediterranean to Lake Geneva. The house is located at the foot of a basaltic flow in a wooded park. Built over one floor, a large wooden terrace extends from the huge bay window. Two bedrooms are furnished with two 90 cm beds, and the third with a 160 cm bed. High-end furniture.

Due to its central position, since the cottage is located 1 hour from the Ardèche gorges and the Chauvet cave, 30 minutes from the Eyrieux valley, and 50 minutes from the Ardèche plateau (Mont Gerbier des Jonc), it offers an ideal position for visits.
