By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. We are the family Armin, Monika and Lukas König and are very happy to offer you our beautiful new and lovingly furnished holiday apartment (86 square metres). Our apartment has two bedrooms. A master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. We are happy to add a baby cot or a junior bed.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
