Daniels place was warm and cozy. Clean place with a great bed! I loved the instructions on how to do things. It was nice to know and understand my surroundings. Daniel is so friendly and very helpful with suggestions for the area!

For the cost of $31 we got what we paid for. Besides the one thing we did notice when we first walked in that we already spoke with the host about, we didn’t face any real issues. The bed was very comfortable. The space was definitely different from what the description posted here implies though. It is basically a bedroom with a private entrance and bathroom, a mini fridge, tv, microwave and a really small table all in a corner. There is a space between the door and the trim so there is a very bad draft that you can’t really combat without turning the heat up. We were however, confused by the taped up signs everywhere though. They don’t want the heat out of the 60’s in the winter time and don’t want the a/c under 75+ in the summers. They also want you to use the provided cleaning supplies to clean their shower if it’s used. For us being that we have sensitive skin, we opted to save showering for when we made it back home. All in all, I was disappointed as the surprise condo stay with my lady for Valentine’s Day weekend wasn’t as described but, for the cost of $31, you get what you pay for.

Daniels place was easy to find and centrally located. It was neat and clean and comfortable. And a great deal! We will return:)

You absolutely cannot beat this place for the money. Really good-sized studio space with a huge kitchen and Roku TV, which is great. Everything's really clean and well kept up. Bring your own K-cups, but the Keurig was also a nice touch. Loved staying here for 3 nights and would absolutely stay again any time I'm in the area.

Christine's house was a perfect little getaway in a beautiful location a stone's throw from the beach. Although we only stayed one night we had a relaxing break & would definitely return someday for a longer stay.

Christine has a great place that we really enjoyed! It was very cozy and loved the homey touches (hotels get old so fast)! We also really loved how close it was to the beach. Christine has easy to reach and even helped us within 10 min when we locked the keys inside!

This is the perfect little spot for a beach getaway. Close enough to listen to the ocean lull you to sleep. The rental is super clean and has everything you need. Just book it - you won’t be sorry.

What a good deal! By far the cheapest accommodation in the whole area! Great location to explore the area. Very comfy soft memory foam mattress! Highly recommend.

The cottage was perfect for the two of us! Easy access to all popular locations - York, Kennebunkport, Portland, etc. We can’t wait to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the back deck & reading nook. If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing weekend getaway this is it!

La Perla is a perfect place for couples or small groups to get away. While I'm sure the river and sun room provide more value to summer visitors, it was still beautiful in the winter. Only five minutes from lots of fun and dining in downtown Ogunquit, too.

Phyllis is wonderful host! We felt immediately at home in her well appointed cottage and had a fabulous stay over Thanksgiving! We had all the tools needed to cook and bake, and enjoyed making brunch for our nearby family. We were especially happy that she had a blender and a lobster pot! The decor is very welcoming - and we felt cozy and at home. Phyllis and management were super responsive and very accommodating. Two heavy snowstorms came through and left over 12 inches of snow so that we were snowed in at the time of check out. Phyllis gave us the extra time we needed to wait for the snowplow to get us out and we used that time to enjoy the beautiful winter wonderland. Our stay couldn't have been better, and we look forward to returning soon! We absolutely recommend staying at Phyllis' cottage!

This spot was perfect for our girls weekend. Well decorated and extremely clean and comfortable. Phyllis was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The sunrise in the morning over the water was a bonus!

Wonderful location, quiet and peaceful yet close enough for us to enjoy Ogunquit and Wells. Home was well stocked for all our needs. Dave was a very helpful with sorting out logistics,theatre location, etc and the homemade cookies were a treat after a long drive from Connecticut. This home is completely homey spacious and comfortable. It is a lovely setting in a very quiet and private wooded lot, but not isolated. We had an emergency power outage and Dave showed up 10 minutes later at 4:10am! I highly recommend this cozy home with all the amenities you could need or want. Easy drive to town, beaches, restaurants and scenic walks.

This is a wonderful woodsie, very private & secluded property! We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, neat and comfortable. Very nice deck to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon relaxing. The only issue we had was the lack of a dishwasher - we prepare most of our meals in. We would stay again in the future and be comfortable recommending to friends and family.

We've rented a few times from Dave and will return again when vacationing in the area. 5-10 minutes to the beaches and shopping/restaurants about the same. Clean and comfortable and if you like privacy with an outdoor space and fire pit this is the perfect place! No dishwasher but the kitchen has everything else including Keurig coffee maker. Highly recommend!

GG's Cabin in The Woods is a quiet modern space away from the hustle and bustle of the beaches but in close driving proximity to the beaches. The home was clean. It had everything you needed from linens to dishes. Both bath and beach towels are provided. There is a washer and drier onsite. Beautiful outdoor space with a grille and fire pit. Easy checkin and easy checkout. No one bothered us during our stay. A basket of homemade chocolate chip cookies were waiting for our arrival on the counter. We will be back.

Moody Cottages are a great place to stay- a quick stroll to a nice stretch of beach, choice of comfortable room or cottages, well kept inside and out, clean inside and out, a great atmosphere to relax and recharge!

You can’t beat the price, location, and cleanliness of Moody’s. We were actually surprised because we expected it to be really good, and it turned out to be GREAT! It’s everything you need for a relaxing and beautiful stay on the beach. Everything was clean and well maintained. Penny is so sweet and works so hard to make everything comfortable and relaxed. We will definitely return!

My husband and I had a blast here there was SOO much to do in the area you are minutes away from everything. Its very cute inside and the beach decor is great! We highly reccomend The Steakhouse restaurant we waited over an hour and it was well worth the wait,the BEST steak I have had! Thank you Mike we had a wonderful Maine experience 😁

My husband and I visited the area (Portland, Kennebuckport and Wells) for our 5 year anniversary. Michael's cottage was the perfect place for our quick weekend away.

My husband and I fell in love with this cozy cottage as soon as we walked in, the decor is great, it’s warm and welcoming, and a great location, not too far from the beach. I recommend bringing bikes if possible, it was great to be able to bike to the beach. We also thoroughly enjoyed all the kitchen amenities and the bed was very comfortable. Thanks to Michael for making this place a real treat, and home away from home.

This cottage was perfect for our 4 day vacation. The screen area out back and the fire pit were a plus and the cottage itself was clean and cute. Michael was fast and helpful with his responses when I had any questions and made check in very easy. Would definitely recommend.

Andrea and Joe were gracious hosts. Their cozy home is perfect for anyone who is coming into town and wanting to be close to everything. There are lots of good restaurants and shops to walk to. The beaches are a very short drive from the house. It was the perfect Maine getaway.

Warm, charming, comfortable place to lay your head. It is exactly as described and very good value if you just need a base to come back to to sleep. Local restaurants, bars and cafes are very good, plentiful and very close by. Welcoming hosts who communicated quickly and provided lots of helpful local information.

My husband and I stayed for one night at Andrea’s place. The bedroom was incredibly comfy and warm which was much appreciated as it was a cool fall night. Andrea and Joe were incredibly helpful offering restaurant recommendations and ideas for things to do in the area. We had a great stay!

Andrea and Joe's place was wonderful! We only spent one night as we are doing a road trip for my husbands 40th birthday. Joe met us when we arrived and showed us around their home. He also gave us a ton of suggestions for places to eat and visit and said Andrea had made a book of things to do and left it by the door for guests convenience. The house is quite old but it was very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there is a thermostat right in the room. I really wish I could have tried the outdoor shower but it got pretty chilly and I chickened out! There are a bunch of unique items and decorations inside. There are several places to eat within walking distance and places to shop as well! Kennebunkport is a short drive with abundant shopping and restaurants as well as amazing views of the ocean. We spent a fair part of our evening exploring Kennebunkport and really enjoyed the Batson River Brewery and Distillery. We would definitely stay with Andrea and Joe again!

We had a fantastic stay at Andrea’s. The house was beautiful and exactly as expected. (No problem having an outdoor shower as we were prepared.) Andrea was really friendly and communication was easy. Breakfast at the Boulangerie down the road is a must.

Christopher's place is clean, cute, and cozy. It's in a great location and Chris is a great host!

Words can’t even begin to describe what an amazing host Christopher is to his absolutely GORGEOUS home. Christopher confirmed my reservation for a January girls’ weekend getaway within two minutes of reserving his condo, and he was very helpful and attentive to every detail through the very end of my trip, easily and generously accommodating our request for a late check-in and a late check-out, and even a last minute stop back to the condo post checkout when I realized I had forgotten to pack the Bluetooth speaker I had left of his kitchen counter. The condo itself is immaculate, beautifully decorated in soothing tones of blue and white, deceivingly spacious, and very conveniently located only minutes from Wells and downtown Ogunquit. The beautiful artwork adorning the walls was tasteful, playful, warm, and such a charming reflection that this is a cherished HOME to Christopher. Christopher’s modern kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens in any place I have ever stayed (seriously — in addition to all the basics you would expect to find in a kitchen, citrus and garlic presses, a pie server, and a high end infrared toaster oven were among the “necessities”, as well as a nicely cared for set of Henckels knives), making cooking a meal not only possible, but an easy and pleasurable experience for a seasoned gourmet cook. The beds were extremely comfortable with good quality mattresses and cozy bedding, the towels were clean and fluffy, and the multiple configuration rain shower head with good water pressure are basics one could easily take for granted, but they were ultimately downright luxurious, making transitioning into vacation mode a breeze. Christopher’s recommendations in terms of local restaurants and attractions were well thought out and spot on. Great taste! As our weekend came to a close, we did not want to leave! And I will do everything possible to stay at Christopher’s place when I return to Ogunquit in the future because I cannot imagine a better host, accommodation, or getaway experience. I am beyond grateful to Christopher for opening up his home to us.

This place was perfect for everything we needed. Very comfortable and cozy. Chris was very attentive and patient to my many and he went out of his way to accommodate our last minute late check-in! The kitchen is really well equipped, the rooms are all lovingly decorated, and Christopher is great about communicating beforehand, staying in touch during the visit, and offering tips about what to do locally! We would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to everyone!

Wow and wow, and wow again. Chris' place is adorable, in a great location, and couldn't have been a better host. He left detailed instructions for us and didn't leave anything out. (He even included instructions for the tv remotes!) Check-in and out were simple. The complex was quiet and everyone was respectful with not being loud and noisy late into the night. That being said, the unit blocked out a lot of noise, as well. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and bathroom had more than enough towels. And, the shower....O. M. G. THREE shower heads....didn't want to get out! All in all, it was a great stay, and I will definitely be back!!

Christine is a great hostess, generous and considerate. Her home was clean, spacious, and the rooms very comfortable. It was lots of fun to stay in one of Southern Maine’s charming homes that has been very well maintained and yet reflects the more modern nautical and beach flavor of the area. We would highly recommend staying with Christine. She seems to truly enjoy being a host to travelers while at the same time respecting their privacy.

You will never find a place to stay as wonderful as this! Either one of the rooms are a great choice. We stayed 2 nights and stayed in each of the rooms. This was a wonderful choice for us from the extra touches she had in each or the rooms to the short walk to downtown. This was a perfect stay! Don’t look any farther for a place to stay, this is the one! It was a central location for all the places we wanted to travel to. I am very fussy and this place was Super clean!!

Sara and her delightful family provided the richest visit any of us (family of 2 couples and granddaughter) have had to date based both on their thoughtful, personal engagement and on their exquisite details and professional home building acumen. They are all in and spare no effort to make your stay perfect. Spotless, charming house and details in one of the most enviable locations in the North East, minutes from Wells and Ogunquit towns and beaches. They knew and eagerly shared tips and directions on everythingfrom dining places to running courses. They set the highest bar for AirbnB hospitality. We will return any chance possible. Sara’s place was perfect for our weekend! The place was so unique and very well maintained, and Sara’s hospitality was fantastic. Quick responses to questions, and while she was around the house we felt like the space was our own. The rooms were a great size, but if you’re with a larger group you’ll have to be okay with sharing bedroom space which was fine for us. Easy communication and a relaxing weekend were the two best parts of this stay and we all are very thankful! The mugs were such a thoughtful gift too!!

Sara was a great and timely communicator. We were welcomed into with a bottle of wine, spotlessly clean and very comfortable home-away-from home! Our only regret was not being able to stay a little longer. We look forward to returning.

This was our second time staying at Sara and Chris’ impeccable summer home and we could not have had a better time. It’s truly a comforting “home away from home” family environment. When we weren’t out and about exploring town or at the beach, it was so nice to just sit and relax on the deck or let our two little girls play outside with their new friend next door, Sara’s young daughter. We feel so lucky to have found this gem, but also to have found such a loving and caring family that goes above and beyond to make their guests feel right at home while on vacation. Thank you again!

Sara's house is a beautiful place and Sara and her family are wonderful people, always willing and at hand to help in case anything is needed. We loved the space the place offers including the beautiful patio a the back. The big gas grill is ready for use and everything you might need is just there right at hand, be it extra blankets or even a nice bottle of wine. The only luxury someone might miss is a dishwasher. The place is highly recommended anyway.

How do I begin? Sara was so communicative throughout our stay (but not intrusive at all). We had 4 kids between my friend and I and Sara had a bunch of boogie boards, beach umbrella, beach chairs, a beach wagon, yard toys, kids games, etc. that were all for us to use - which we did! The place was so nice, with a front and back porch with lots of room for the adults to hang out once the kids went to bed. Such a great space!

After years of coming to Southern Maine in the summers and staying in pretty low-rent hotels (which is all we can afford during peak in Maine!), we decided to try an Air BNB and found this lovely home in Wells, right off the main drag of Route 1. It was a tremendous upgrade for our vacation experience. The home is immaculately clean with all the warm welcoming touches and a fully stocked kitchen, lovely linens and blankets to bundle up in on the couch watching Netflix, and a beautiful back porch where you can spy the ocean off in the distance. That was my favorite spot to start and end each day. We enjoyed discovering Drake Island, which is a little too far to walk with kids (get there early in the morning to find a parking spot). The bathroom was small but manageable and spotlessly clean. Sara is an amazing hostess who clearly takes great pride in making the house feel like your home away from home. And yes, those board games were a fun addition! We had a wonderful getaway to Maine in a homey cottage away from home!

This is a first class place that is most convenient to all of the activity in the area. You need only to bring your toothbrush and provisions for meals as all else is there for your use and comfort. It is a home away from home and Maria and Cesar are perfect hosts.

The second floor apartment was renovated in the last year or so and is a lovely, comfortable space. Lots of light and windows. Maria was very helpful with tips about things to do and restaurants. Convenient to beaches and restaurants.

Maria is so kind, lovely and accommodating. I have stayed at many Airbnb‘s, by far she’s my favorite! Her place is immaculate, her design of decorating is quaint, colorful and beautiful. I almost selfishly do not want to share how truly magical her home is. I have stayed there multiple times, and always want it at my fingertips… But I care that people know this is an incredible Airbnb!!! Five stars!!!!

This is a perfect place for for a couple to get away. The space is nicely decorated and has everything you will need for a quick get away or a longer stay. The space has recently been redone and has many nice features. Full kitchen and laundry, nice sitting area, nice bed and large bath. The back yard is nice to seat and relax. Walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended.

This apartment was so lovely and peaceful. It was everything we expected, and more. Even the outside space was designed thoughtfully for a peaceful retreat. While you still have to drive into town, the location allows you to remove yourself and decompress after dealing with the hustle and bustle of the goings-on in downtown Ogunquit.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Deana's place. It was super duper clean and very charming. Beds were super comfy with more than enough pillows and blankets. Loads of room to spread out. We had a beautiful time! The apartment is spacious, homey, welcoming, quiet, comfortable and peaceful. We were incredibly fortunate to have found it! Don't hesitate to book this place - it's a gem!

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a lovely quiet neighborhood close to town. We arrived late (with 2 sleeping young kids) and were really impressed with all of the thoughtful touches around the apartment to help keep guests safe and informed, like outdoor lights with sensors that light up the path, nightlights throughout the apartment and labeled light switches throughout the apartment. The living space gets sufficient light through the doors and windows, but the sleeping area can stay quite dim with the shades down, which was perfect to allow us to sleep in on our vacation. The apartment was extremely clean and so spacious - we were able to enjoy evenings in the living space without disturbing our kids in the bedroom because of the expansive layout. The house is also situated on a beautiful lot in a safe quiet street with a large backyard and swing set that Deana and her daughter were generous enough to share. There is a large dining table where we enjoyed breakfast and a few takeout meals- while there is no stove, the microwave, toaster oven and fridge were perfect for us to arrange our meals. This is definitely a vacation home that we will remember. We hope to be back one day!

We visited Deana's apartment for a long weekend with our 7 month old baby. It was a perfect space for us. The apartment was clean, spacious, had comfortable couches/bedding and was as described. The hot tub was a great relaxation perk for weary mom and dad after the baby went to bed. The apartment was conveniently located close to downtown Ogunquit, the beach and Kennebunk. Every detail of the apartment was well thought out for guests, including labels on all of the light switches and sensor floor lights at the step between the main bedroom and kids bedroom, which was much appreciated when checking on the baby in the middle of the night. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with extras that guests could use. There were a plethora of games and books available to use also. Although we were familiar with the area, our hosts provided information on local spots that helped us identify a good spot for take out pizza one night and that also informed us about a local nature preserve that we weren't familiar with and we enjoyed a really nice family walk there during our visit. We would definitely go back! Thank you!

Johns cozy cottage was perfect for our end of summer vacation! Johns cottage is so clean and is decorated with the cutest themes. The cottage is in the perfect location being close to the beach and the town of Ogunquit. The pool is just another perk, in addition to the ocean that is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride away (footbridge beach)!

This was the most adorable spot and immaculately clean. Everything you need is there, and in a very convenient and not over-done manner. Location is excellent, walked into town, drove to Moody's beach, but there are two you can walk to. Parking, swimming pool that was very private and oh so lovely after a hot day on the beach! We did not do any cooking but it was all there if you wanted to, including the gas grill outside. We hope to come back!

Our vacation was incredible and relaxing. The spot on the beach is unique and amazing! The cabin was clean and equipped to do everything we needed. I highly recommend Sharon’s cabin. We liked it so much that we are thinking about coming back next year!

Most relaxing holiday! I have never slept better with the sound of the waves and the smell of the ocean! Being steps from the sand was amazing! Been going to Maine since i was a kid and this was by far one of the nicest experience! I'm definitely coming back!!!

This is the place for a unique traditional cottage experience on one of the best beaches in the world. Sharon's attention to detail made this a memorable stay and would highly recommend this space to friends and family.

Maine’s best kept secret! Located right at the beach so you don’t have to worry about packing/unpacking supplies. We went with our daughter and the cabin was the perfect size for the 3 of us. We were impressed by the 1940s charm Sharon has managed to provide down to the finishing touches. If you love kitschy things then this is the place for you. My only regret is that we stayed 3 nights instead of a week. Next visit, we’ll definitely stay the week.

Great central location! Nice large yard area to let kids play and fairly close to the beach (you will need to drive to it.) Very clean and a great layout with comfortable furnishings! We look forward to coming back!

Amy was a wonderful host and very easy to contact. She responded quickly to any of our inquiries and was very accommodating. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck by the fire pit! The beds were very comfy and the place was very clean and decorated beautifully. The location was very convenient and easy to get to and close to the beach and many fun activities. The Relax Shack totally lives up to its name. I stayed two nights with a cousin visiting from the Midwest. We enjoyed spending time around the Wells and Ogunquit areas and Amy’s place was in a great location for all of our adventures. We even had fun playing board games provided by Amy each night. Checking in and accessing the keys were easy. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Our stay at The Relax Shack was true to its name. The house was immaculate and comfortable. The little patio with the gas fire pit was our favorite place to hang out at night. It was wonderful.

Vaulted ceilings and open kitchen and living space made a great living space for sure 😊. The location was great- very close to Ogunquit and kennebunk. Highly recommend

My family and I stayed at Amy’s place and had a great time! Everything was expected. It was clean, with a big kitchen to cook and comfortable beds. Added bonus: the outdoor fire pit and the ping pong table and bike. It was a lovely stay and Amy was super responsive to all our questions and needs! Totally recommend this place!

Cozy little house, minutes from a trolley stop (vital for getting to beaches in summer). The hosts have done a great job opening up the living space, creating a bright space to gather. Generous island, full cooking capabilities complete the kitchen. The living space has multiple seating for everyone to spread out and relax, take in a movie (Roku tv), or play a game. There is a small patio area w seating. There is lawn space and a grill too. Two decently sized queen bedrooms and one tiny bunk room each have heating, to set to one’s liking. Two bedrooms have fans. All have extra pillows and extra blankets as well. The AC unit is in the main room, so cannot attest to how it might cool whole house if one should need it. There are two bikes available to use. The hosts do not offer sheets, towels, beach towels, kitchen towels, nor bath mats . All can be rented locally if it’s impractical to bring them. Inquire with the host in advance and they can provide name of local linen company for guest to arrange. For three beds (comes w bath towels) plus extra fee for delivering on a day beside Saturday, we paid $121. There is no ability to do laundry on site, but there is a 24 hour laundromat very near the grocery. There are no toiletries nor extra toilet paper. Everything must be purchased if a previous guest hasn’t left it. Luckily, the grocery is only 5 min away! Great location on the trolley line (service begins June 22), and easy access to Ogunquit or Old Orchard Beach as well.

What a gorgeous stay! Myself and three friends stayed here for the marathon I was running in Kennebunk. The location is perfect for visiting the neighboring towns. Amy’s place is spotless, adorable, and comfy cozy. Highly recommend and a place we will definitely be back to visit!

I cannot recommend Betsy's place enough! The cottage is beautiful, meticulously clean, and very spacious. We were 2 families and there was more than enough room. Wells beach is right down the road and we walked there a few times. There is a big supermarket nearby as well as many shops and restaurants right in the general area. Betsy was very easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions and was very accommodating. She gave us great recommendations as well. I cannot recommend her home enough; I will definitely be telling friends and family to choose her place if they are in the area!

Betsy is a wonderful host. The house is very clean and stylish. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are air conditioned. There are two lovely kitchens. We stayed with our daughter, her husband and my granddaughter and there was plenty of room! The beaches are great and are short distance away. We had a great time at Betsy & Sam’s place. The house is clean and spacious, made our trip with grandparents more comfortable. The location is also great, we were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. If you’re traveling with extended family or friends this is the house for you! We will definitely be back in the future.

The view from every window was amazing! Nice patio to enjoy a cup a coffee and watch the sun rise. The beds were very comfortable... I think they have memory foam mattresses. The unit was spacious and clean. I’ll be back in the summer for vacation! Thanks William for being such a great host!

Great location. Large windows from the bedroom that overlook the ocean. Got to wake up to the sun rising up over the horizon. What an experience!

William's place was very comfortable and conveniently located for my travels. Close enough to Portland but quiet and secluded. The views were stunning, especially during the sunrise. The only thing that would've made it better would've been a kettle to be able to make myself a cup of coffee and enjoy the views for the morning. Overall, I'd highly recommend this spot to others!
