A large pool of 15 m in length and 1 m to 1.80 m in depth is located behind the lawn. Two sandy beaches are a 10- to 15-minute walk away.

The apartment is spacious and bright with a large 40 m² terrace. The terrace overlooks greenery and offers plenty of privacy.
