Minimalist, wide and quite house.
I offer a big brightly house, with two floors with spacious double height. The house is split in two rooms and one suite, there is heat and a/a machine in two rooms. Light filled natural. The house has two terraces/patios, one is about 40m2 and another of 20m2. Three bathrooms, one in the suite and another with bath. Spacious and wide full equip kitchen. Own garage. Access to Wi-fi 24h. The price of the house includes clean towels, bedclothes, electric power and water. The room is located in one of the quitest place in the village of Sa Pobla, but as well very near to the town center, 5 minutes walking. Sa Pobla is famous for the typical food made here (Spicy food is one of the most attractive aspects of Sa Pobla's food) The village is very well located an highly recommended for cyclist due the many routes you can do from here. Feel free to send me a message asking for the routes. Sa Pobla is at 10 km from the Albufera Natural Park, there are several routes to follow, on foot or by bike. Instructions can be obtained there. The village is located at 12 km from beaches of Alcudia Bay/Playa de Muro, and 30 minutes (40 km) from Palma by car or 1 hour by train (Train station at 15 minutes walking, from Inca, Manacor, Palma, ...). Highway access to 2km. There is a Hospital at 10km (Inca). I suggest you these ways to come there: -Through public transport. There're a few ways to come to Sa Pobla by public transport, but the cheapest one is to take the bus (line 1) from the airport to Plaza de España, and there take the train to Sa Pobla. (Remember, the underground doesn't go to Sa Pobla, only the train). The price of the bus from the airport to Plaza de España is 2'50€, and the train ticket from Plaza España to Sa Pobla is about 5€. -Renting a car. To come from the airport to Sa Pobla take the highway in the direction of Andratx, until you find the sign that guides you to Inca/Port d'Alcudia. Keep goin' in this direction til you find the deflection to Sa Pobla. There are two deflections to Sa Pobla, but the first one is the best. We'll meet there when you arrive. This is the best option in my opinion. Don't hesitate asking me, be my guest!. I would like to inform you that legislation has come into force in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26), which establishes the obligation on the part of the host to communicate some guest data to the Ministry of the Interior, likewise the Airbnb platform must do it. Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

The house is located in the old town of Sa Pobla , is next to the church, 2 minutes from the main square where there are very good restaurants. It is a 17th century house, which we have renovated respecting its original architecture but adapting it to modern comforts. It has air conditioning throughout the house, a fabulous swimming pool, a very traditional kitchen but at the same time with all its modern equipment, a large barbecue with an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning oven.

Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
