Seafront duplex with spectacular views. The main floor features a spacious living-dining area with an open-plan kitchen and two terraces, perfect for breakfasts and meals facing the Mediterranean. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: two with single beds and one with a double bed and a large window. It has 3 full bathrooms and a rooftop with sun loungers. Just a few meters from the beach and marina. Sleeps up to 6 guests, ideal for families, with Wi-Fi and washing machine. Very bright!!

A large swimming pool is surrounded by inviting terracotta paving and landscaped gardens. Olive trees and other greenery create a serene environment, while the villa can be seen perched above, framed by natural stone walls and lush vegetation.

Encantadora e íntima casa a 10 min. de Palma con 7000m2 de Jardin, piscina, Jacuzzi exterior climatizado y precioso jardín. Consta de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños .Dispone de gran terraza con vistas al jardín, porches, chimeneas, barbacoa, aire acondicionado y calefacción…Muy amplio y cómodo. Zona tranquila a 7km del centro de Palma, aeropuerto y playas. Supermercados a 1km. Ideal para descansar, excursiones por la isla, ciclismo etc...Nos encantan las mascotas, así que tráetela ;-)
