Lovely duplex in Begur, next to the sea and a 10-minute walk from L'Illa Roja (beach). Girona Airport is 50 minutes away. The house has air conditioning and a 120" cinema screen. A beautiful porch with a large table. Living room with TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor has two double bedrooms, one with access to a small terrace with sea views. A full bathroom with shower is also located on this floor. Amenities include parking, a swimming pool, and a gated communal garden.

Desde ahi, accederás a un espacio diáfano en el que no encontrarás a faltar de nada. 2 terrazas para tu uso exclusivo La piscina, barbacoa, el solárium y el patio son compartidos con mi nieta y conmigo. En verano puede coincidir también mi familia, siempre con respeto a la privacidad de los huéspedes.
