Situé en plein centre ville , il suffit de traverser la route pour etre au musée national de céramique , un parc pour enfants est juste en face , situé a 1 minute a pied du tagine et à 4 min a pied du bab Chaaba (entree de l ancienne medina) , appartement de haut standing doté d'un ascenseur de marque schindler,d'un parking au sous sol , l'immeuble est tres propre , l'appartement se situe au 1er etage , pour l'instant je loue une chambre parentale avec garde robe et SDB avec acces a la cuisine .
