Cozy old apartment of 48 sqm in an apartment building in Torshov. In a relatively low-traffic side street. 100 meters to the open bakery with delicious breakfast! Otherwise, it is a short distance to the grocery store, parks and restaurants further down on Torshov. 2 minutes walk to the bus and 5 minutes to the tram. Both take you easily down to the city center😊 The apartment is connected to a cozy and green backyard with available benches and tables. NOTE: Only accept guests who have reviews from before.

The apartment is cozy & well-designed, with an open layout, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, & a bedroom with a 120 cm bed. 📍Located in vibrant Torshov, a charming neighborhood with cafés, restaurants, shops, & parks. 2 minutes’ walk to tram & bus stop. Trams 12, 15, and 18 take you to Grünerløkka (5 min), Central Station (12 min) and Storo Storsenter, one of Norway’s largest malls (4 min). Bus 20 goes to Majorstuen (11 min) and Tøyen (9 min). Grünerløkka is also within walking distance.

This apartment is perfectly placed in between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 500NOK so we share the cost.

Akerselva (the main river through Oslo) with a little waterfall is a short 2 min walk from the apartment. A heartwarming home for any traveler.

Access to green outdoor area where there is the possibility of barbecue. 3 minutes walk to bus. Tram 10 minutes walk. Fully equipped kitchen, washer with dryer, TV with streaming services, internet, fireplace Popular area that's great for couples and friends. Family friendly area. Other things: There is no loud music after 10pm. No smoking.
