We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

We had an amazing stay at Camilla's place! The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and well kept. It was even better than the photos showed. The location was perfect and we appreciated the quiet surroundings very much. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was easy and efficient and we were made to feel very welcome from the start. We can really recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay. Thank you very much for an amazing stay - we hope to be able to come back another time!

Incredibly nice home, with beautiful details. It's shown that this home belongs to a family with a sense of aesthetics. Well decorated with everything one might desire. Comfortable heated pool, with beautiful outdoor area. Nice and welcoming host. Large rich center nearby. The only thing we missed was the possibility of cooling off bedrooms. Highly recommended.

Joachim’s place is amazing! The location is only 10 minutes from downtown but you feel like you’re on an island far away. Close to the beach and the bus and the grocery store. The house has everything you need and well maintained. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect temperature. We would recommend to anyone who wants a city break.

This was a lovely house and a lovely location very close to the train into the city. The hosts were wonderful and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. There is a lovely cat that seems to call this place home. My kids love cats so they enjoyed the company. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space! We would suggest more toilet paper and napkins or at least a note in the listing that the visitor needs to provide this. Overall I would highly recommend this place and these wonderful hosts. Thank you for making our visit to Oslo special!

Lovely location near a train station that offers a quick trip into the city. Wonderful apartment with many bedrooms, ideal for a larger group!

We spent the best two weeks at Per Gunnar’s place—felt better than at home! The house is in a very accessible area and has everything one needs (and then some!). We were three people for half the time then five for the other half and there was enough room for everybody. That house is exactly as listed or perhaps even better (e.g., smart heating and lighting system, heated bathroom floors, etc). Per Gunnar is very nice and helpful and responds fast to any queries. Everything works very well and the house is super cozy and functional. I really hope we will be back some day. We knew the moment we saw Per Gunnar’s ad that the house was what we wanted for the local experience in Oslo, although it was more than we had hoped for. Thanks a lot for hosting us and for allowing us a late check out!

Great house and great location. We arrived early and were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling water while sitting in the garden. The welcome bottle of sparkling wine was also very much appreciated. We recommend this lovely house.

A lovely house with everything you need. Marie was very welcoming and incredibly helpful. We had many nice bike rides in Oslomarka, and for that, the house is perfectly located.

We had an absolutely fantastic 3-night stay at Mitra’s place, and what’s even more impressive is that we booked it with less than a day’s short notice! Mitra was incredibly accommodating, even offering us an early check-in to match our early flight, which made everything so much easier. From the moment we arrived, Mitra was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The house was perfect — cozy, clean, and fully equipped for a relaxing getaway. We were blessed with beautiful weather, and spent hours soaking up the sun on the dock while admiring the stunning Oslofjord. It was an absolute highlight of our trip. One of the unique touches that made our stay extra special was the instruments and JBL stereo in the living room. We had such a great time playing music by the water, creating memories that we’ll cherish for a long time. Thank you, Mitra, for your amazing hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. This is a lovely spacious house, with everything you need, with a wonderful garden and really cosy outside deck with comfy chairs. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood, at a short walking distance from the metro station, which takes you to the city centre of Oslo in like 15 minutes. Bård Ove was a great host, who was very helpful and provided a lot of useful info and tips. Would definitely recommend this house if you're visiting Oslo.

For our short stay, a very nice house! Since it is a private house, there is hardly any space for your own things. For 5 people, I thought it was fine for a few days but not longer. It is a very nice residential area and you have good bus connections to the city! Christine provided a detailed description of the area, public transport, recommendations and much more. I always received timely and very friendly feedback.
