Cozy apartment in Sagene

Small and cozy accommodation with a central location. Both Iladalen and Akerselva are in the immediate vicinity. 500 meters to the heart of Sagene, and 700 meters to Alexander Kiellands plass. Also a short distance to Grünerløkka along Akerselva. The kitchen is available for use and has most of what is needed for cooking. The bed is 120 cm, but can be made for two people. It is also possible to make the sofa bed for a third person. I live in the apartment myself, but rent it out when I'm away or on vacation.

This cozy apartment is located in the middle of Grünerløkka, the hippest area in all of Oslo. The apartment is close to everything, which makes it easy to plan the visit. Within 1-5 min. walk you can reach Sofienbergparken, Rathkes plass, Restaurant Apostrophe, Botanical Garden, 6-7 different grocery stores, many restaurants and even more thrift stores. The apartment itself has many authentic details, such as original wood stove and panel walls. The apartment is 40 sqm and has a low bed.

Sun all day balcony, Modern 1-bedroom

This apartment is perfectly placed between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk, and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 600NOK so we share the cost.

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.
