Location Location Location! Birkelunden is the perfect location to stay when visiting Oslo. You'll be in the heart of Grunerløkka with everything right outside the door. Shopping, restaurants, bar's, parks, supermarkets og close to the tram and bus that will take you to almost every place in Oslo within 5-15 min. Tram (11, 12, 18) and Bus (21, 30) is right outside that takes you to, Aker Brygge/Tjuvholmen, Frogner, Majorstuen, City Center. Airportbus is stopping 1.5min walk from the apartment.

Moderne leilighet med balkong

Len deg tilbake og slapp av i denne hyggelige leiligheten. Rett over veien finner du både en hyggelig nabolagskafe, en avslappa bar og en restaurant av ypperste slag. Likevel er dette en rolig beliggenhet i blindvei. Leiligheten er enkel, praktisk og moderne. Heis i bygget, felles takterasse og du har også egen balkong. Perfekt for deg som skal ha et kort jobb- eller studieopphold i Oslo. Praktisk arbeidsbord på soverommet. Nær liv og røre på Grünerløkka, likevel tilbaketrukket og fredelig.

Simple and peaceful accommodation on the 4th floor with a central location in Oslo. Green surroundings and a location sheltered from traffic make this apartment perfect for those who want a good night's sleep! It is only 100 meters to the nearest bus station if you want to get around the city. The apartment was newly renovated in 2023. Feel at home and feel free to use the kitchen to cook, fast wifi and comfortable bathroom. The apartment works for up to 2 people. Mulighet for felles vaskeri.

Lys og sjarmerende leilighet i fredelig område. Leiligheten vender ut mot en fredet gård. Rolig og hyggelig nabolag nærme elva. Tilgang på grønt uteområde der det er mulighet for grilling. 3 minutter gange til buss. Trikk 10 minutter gange. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken, vaskemaskin med tørketrommel, tv med streaming-tjenester, internett, peis. Populært område som passer fint for par og venner. Familievennlig område. Andre ting: Høy musikk er ikke tillatt etter kl. 22.00. Røyking er ikke tillatt.

Sun all day balcony, Modern 1-bedroom

This apartment is perfectly placed in between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 500NOK so we share the cost.

Welcome to my cozy apartment, ideal for up to 2 guests. It features a comfortable bedroom, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and modern bathroom. Guests also have access to a shared rooftop terrace on the 11th floor, perfect for relaxing at any time. Conveniently located near shops and public transport, it’s an excellent choice for a comfortable stay. Please note that one small private room is locked and not accessible. Smoking is also not allowed indoors.

Leiligheten har perfekt plassering, sentralt i et av Oslos hyggeligste områder. Den ligger nederst på Sagene/Torshov med gangavstand til alt du trenger av barer, caféer, restauranter og butikker. Den befinner seg midt mellom to av Oslos hyggeligste parker – Iladalen og Myraløkka – og Akerselva er rett utenfor vinduet. Koselige Alexander Kiellands plass er 5 minutter gangavstand fra leiligheten, og trasker du i 10 minutter, kommer du til det yrende livet på Grünerløkka.

Modern apartment with private entrance in a quiet residential area in the middle of Oslo. Your apartment has a combined living room/kitchen, separate bedroom and bath. All the amenities of home (internet, cable tv, washer/dryer, hair dryer, coffee machine, etc.)! Two minute walk to bus #34 or 5 minutes to Metro (Tåsen) to downtown Oslo and Central Station; airport bus (FB3) a 5 minute walk. We have a city bike available for your convenience.
