There is a convenience store, a supermarket, and a coin laundry within a 2-minute walk, and a public bath just a 5-minute walk away. Lots of taverns and cafes are just around the corner, and many are affordable and open until late at night. Even long-term stays aren't inconvenient at all. This condominium has an Italian and Spanish bar in the basement. If you have any problems, we will respond quickly! Equipped with TV, WIFI, fridge, air conditioner, electric blanket (winter only: stay warm even in mid-winter), hair dryer, towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, laundry detergent, hangers, hot water pot, microwave, electromagnetic cooker, glasses, cups, dishes, and simple cookware. Even though it's a small room, it is fully equipped. Shinjuku station is 3 minutes on foot, 7 mins by train, and Tokyo station is 20 minutes. It is a very convenient location. You can use the entire apartment in a good location 6 minutes walk from Saginomiya station. There are 1 king bed, 2 futons, and 1 sofa bed (semi-double size), so it is recommended to book up to 4-6 people. Also, there is a parking lot nearby, so there is no problem if you come by car (there is a fee). Longer stays are welcome!
