This house has a small full kitchen with induction cooktop and a bathroom with shower and compost toilet. It can accommodate 4 people, with a mezzanine bed and sofa bed on the ground floor. The large balcony will allow you to contemplate the magnificent view that is available to you. Outdoor fireplace and hammocks.

Beautiful small cottage along the shoreline of the Ticouapé River, which is located at the mouth of Lac St-Jean. Peaceful place to observe wildlife and enjoy nature. The cottage provides direct access to the river for canoeing and kayaking. NO Wi-Fi and TV Access to the water does not allow swimming, or rather we do not recommend it, because the site is swampy and the water level varies according to that of Lac St-Jean. The chalet is only 8 km from downtown Saint-Félicien.

You will have access to the 5 km of trails of our wooded lot as well as 2 km of the Iroquois River that crisscross our lot. We will be on site to welcome you. You can use our washer and dryer if needed. Water, shower, gas stove and electric fridge, queen size bed. The bed is on the mezzanine. Note: For the winter season, there will be no running water. I will bring you clean water for the toilet, shower and drinking. Ideal for 2 people.
