Come and stay in a century-old house by the water that offers spectacular views. This house is perfect for family gatherings and offers five bedrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens and two bathrooms. Direct access from the house to the beach in summer or to the ice in winter. The house is located 1 km from Mont Bélu Ski Centre, 5 minutes from the Fabuleuse Histoire d'un Royaume (theater), 8 minutes from the Quai d'Escale and the arena.

You will have access to the 5 km of trails of our wooded lot as well as 2 km of the Iroquois River that crisscross our lot. We will be on site to welcome you. You can use our washer and dryer if needed. Water, shower, gas stove and electric fridge, queen size bed. The bed is on the mezzanine. Note: For the winter season, there will be no running water. I will bring you clean water for the toilet, shower and drinking. Ideal for 2 people.
