La salle de douche (elle se refait actuellement une beauté) est petite mais fonctionnelle, avec un lavabo, un grand miroir, ainsi qu'un toilette. La pièce à vivre se révèle très conviviale grâce à la cuisine ouverte sur le salon avec balcon, et son ilôt. Le jardin se situe à l’arrière de la maison.
