You will love staying this close to the beach and I provide everything needed for a great beach vacation. The apartment will be comfortable and clean. This one bedroom one bathroom apartment is located on the beach side of Mission Blvd. It’s centrally located in Mission Beach. The nearest large cross street is El Carmel. It’s about 50 steps to the beach from the front or back door.

The kitchen features modern white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. A large island provides additional counter space, with seating offered by three woven barstools. A colorful artwork is displayed on the wall, and a view into the adjoining sleeping area is seen through an open doorway.
