The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . Beautiful stone house with private pool in the heart of nature. Terraces, unobstructed garden, barbecue and pétanque court are at your disposal to spend pleasant moments for families or with friends. The house is spacious with 4 large bedrooms and large common area open to the kitchen. Close to the Ardèche gorges and many of the tourist sites. Various hiking trails are from the house. I'll be there throughout your stay if you need anything.
