Perched Nest in Cevennes Mountains, relaxing place

Nature, serenity, authenticity Nestled at an altitude of 500 meters in Notre-Dame-de-la-Rouvière, Le Nid is a place of renewal. This former silkworm farm, spanning 115 m² on three levels and featuring a private 60 m² courtyard with a shaded arbor, mezzanine, and hammock, invites relaxation and contemplation with its view of the trees and the Cévennes mountains. Numerous hikes start from the house, the river at the bottom of the village, a grocery store, and an organic bakery.

The house is located in the centre of the village in a quiet alley. The village is close to tourist attractions, ideal for hiking, cycling (greenway 12 km, Cevennes mountain passes) The terrace with direct view of the river and lounge & dining area. Swimming access is via stairs along the house. We moved into the house trying to put everything we needed in it without overloading the space. The house is equipped with reversible air conditioners in the central room and bedrooms.

Small Cévenole house

Small, newly restored independent house that we call "Oustalet" (small house in patois). L'Oustalet is located in a beautiful small hamlet in the municipality of Cassagnas, Les Crozes-Haut, in the heart of the Cévennes National Park. The village being isolated, this house is ideal if you are looking for a place to relax in peace with the sweet song of birds to lull you to sleep. You must have a vehicle to make the most of the many activities that our region offers.

Venez découvrir cette superbe maison d’architecte hexagonale construite dans les années 70 et récemment rénovée, située sur les hauteurs de Ganges. A la fois très originale et incroyablement fonctionnelle, vous profiterez de sa grande pièce à vivre très lumineuse et de ses grands espaces extérieurs avec piscine, table de ping-pong et terrain de pétanque, pour un séjour détente et découverte, entre rivières limpides et points de vue incroyables sur les Cévennes !

The Canopy Ecolodge 1 "Turtledove"

Ten minutes by car from the city center and a stone's throw from various trails, discover our two ecolodges nestled in the trees. Ecolodge Turtledove includes a large double bed, a walk-in shower, separate toilets, and a private terrace. Homemade breakfasts are included in the price. The pool is shared with the other ecolodge; both can be booked together to accommodate four. Your hosts will remain discreet but are at your disposal should you require anything.

The Garden of Olives

The Jardin des Oliviers, located at the end of the village, with its terraces overlooking the valley, enjoys an exceptional 360° view. Rejuvenation, absolute calm and a breathtaking view await you here. This enchanting place offers you many nooks and crannies for a siesta under the olive trees, a breakfast on one of its many terraces, a drink around the swimming pool at dusk or even on the roof of the old tower... To the song of the cicadas of course!

Les Songes d'Augustine is a tribute to an old lady, our home. With the utmost respect for our elders, we renovated it with all our heart while preserving its soul of yesteryear. Preserving its beams, its stones and adding touches of comfort and modernity. Les Songes d'Augustine is an old lady who puts on her Sunday best, it's the sweetness of her flowery and shaded patio, it's a pretty kitchen equipped because it has the taste of the South.

If you are looking for peace and nature, enjoy our independent and isolated house nestled in an exceptional site on its private 2 ha property bordered by a stream. An unheated natural pool located on a terrace can be used in summer depending on the weather. House fully equipped with all modern equipment (reversible air conditioner, wood stove, equipped kitchen). Access by private dirt road of about 200 meters (beware of low cars).

Stay in our stone house, ideal for 2 people, in the heart of the Cévennes National Park, 12 km from Mont Aigoual. Enjoy moments of relaxation around the fireplace or in the jacuzzi on the terrace (prevent in winter) in this stone house with a typical slate roof. Barbecue on the terrace. It is an exceptional location for hiking in the region. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the Park. Baby furniture.
