Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Listed house, 4* furnished tourist accommodation Single-storey house in a quiet setting fully equipped terrace + grassy area of about 50 m2 5-minute walk to the town centre, 5 minutes' walk to do your shopping. Saint Marcellin has its cheese, its big market on Saturday morning and two smaller ones on Tuesday and Friday morning (food only) For a stay with family, friends or for work. You will also find a large number of documents or maps to help you organise all your outings

In the countryside, near Romans sur Isère, small cottage of about 30 m2 on our property next to our house. Many walks are within walking distance or further towards the Vercors (1/2 H), the Palais du Facteur Cheval or the Abbey of Saint Antoine. Are you looking for a quiet holiday in a green setting? We are located 15 minutes' drive from Vinay and the A49, on the hills facing the Vercors and a stone's throw from the Chambaran forest. In our small hilltop village, we welcome you in an old watchtower that shares the grounds of our house. We are happy to share this project with you and wish to pass on these values of meeting and exchanging to our two daughters.
