Gîte La Montagne is a spacious gite with a large dormer window where the kitchen is located. The spacious sitting room with flat screen TV is adjacent to the bathroom with shower, toilet and sinks. You have a private entrance via the outside stairs. The large, green garden has a BBQ and access to the swimming pool. New 23 m2 apartment on the first floor of a small house, ideally located 300 m from the city center and all shops, the hospital center, sports facilities including the aqualudic center, the banks of the Allier and less than 1 km from the CNCS. Fully equipped, it has a separate entrance. Street parking is easy and free of charge. We have a second identical studio on the same floor.
