Grande maison de vacances de 200 mètres carrés située près du bourg de Saint-Briac sur Mer. Elle possède un très grand jardin clos en bordure du golf, à 500m de la mer avec vue de l'étage. Quartier résidentiel très calme avec toutes les commodités à proximité (boulangerie, pâtisserie, supermarché, poissonnerie et autres petits commerces) dans le centre bourg (15min à pieds). Maison très bien équipée, notamment pour les familles et les enfants en bas âge (jeux, lit pliant et chaise haute).

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

"Montcharmant" Character house ideally located in the heart of the Corbières district, tastefully decorated. Close to Plage de l'Ecluse, the center and the market. Quiet is guaranteed with a very nice garden. Ideal for hosting 1–2 families. It is imperative to respect the quietness of the neighborhood out of respect for the neighborhood, especially after 10pm. The house is not rented for festive evenings. Bed linen is not provided.

The gray house

We have a lovely house, new built in 2013 which is our holiday home too. We have really tried to make it perfect, with top quality everything. It is great for summer, with 4000 sqm of garden, and also winter, with an exposed brick fire place. You can walk to the beach in c.5-8 minutes. Everyone who has stayed loves it. Please note, that it is not fenced - so if you have kids who wander it may not be for you
