Quiet and pretty village house.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene accommodation. I offer a stay for 4 people in a small village at the gateway to the Cevennes. My house is located 3 minutes from the Parc des Expositions, 10 minutes from Alès, 15 minutes from Uzés, 20 minutes from Anduze and 30 minutes from Nîmes. This allows you to discover the region. The sea is 1 hour away as well as Lozère. The house includes a large living room with a living room, kitchen and dining room, two spacious bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom, a 20 m2 terrace.

An outdoor jacuzzi is enclosed by a wooden pergola, draped with sheer white curtains. The surrounding stone wall is visible, covered with greenery. A small welcome sign hangs to the left, hinting at the peaceful ambiance of the space.

Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation. Beautiful house, carefully decorated, fully equipped, surrounded by a wooded garden with several relaxation areas, quiet residential area. Ideal for holidays because of the swimming pool and illuminated pétanque court Composed of 3 bedrooms: "yellow" 140 cm bed; "nature" 140 cm bed; "pink" 2 90 cm beds Large open living room, with dual-aspect view. Hyper-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, wine cellar...) Large shower room with double sink, separate toilet.

Located a few kilometers from Alès and Anduze, on the edge of the Cévennes, it is ideally placed to explore the region and its many tourist sites: picturesque villages, rivers, hiking trails, local markets... A small clède, renovated into a cottage, overlooking the Mas, lost in the depths of the Cévennes mountain between oaks and chestnuts. You can enjoy 21.5 m² (kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom). The cléde has two adjoining private terraces. Available to all, we have several terraces, including one by the stream with a natural pool where you can cool off.
