Alpe d'Huez Houses is pleased to offer you this exceptional property in the new Phoenix residence, with a panoramic view of the mountain and a heated swimming pool. The apartment is made up of 3 Double bedrooms and one with bunk beds. For 6 adults and 2 kids ! The residence is completely SKI IN / SKI OUT because on the slope. Best ski location

Appartement avec vue magnifique et 20 mètre du nouveau télémix « le Diable », et à côté le guichet pour récupérer le ski pass. Parking de copropriété fermé. Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes). ⚠️⚠️⚠️Attention travaux façade Mai à Octobre donc pas d’acces au balcon ⚠️⚠️⚠️

We offer the 1st floor of our family chalet, 100% renovated in 2024, after 2 years of very large insulation and embellishment work for maximum comfort. An exceptional environment, at an altitude of 1900 m, 700 m from Brunissard, at the end of a roadable forest path. In winter, access is most often impossible by car, but the path is easily done on foot, even for children: provide backpacks instead. (snowmobile option for luggage) 5 G available!
