30 m² studio, new condition, separate entrance, quiet with private garden area. Hiking trails at the foot of the house and many tourist attractions nearby. In the countryside, not overlooked, you are guaranteed to wake up to the sound of birds singing. With a little luck you can witness beautiful sunsets! We have a rooster and geese... Completely refurbished apartment, 1st floor (attached to our house) 65 m2: 2 bedrooms, beautiful light main room with garden view, pool access in summer.... at least 10am 11:30am 2:30pm 6:30pm!.... Heating included, please respect the 19-degree maximum and turn off the radiators (do not COVER them with linen) if you take advantage of opening the windows for a long time!…
